  I have used Halls in all 3 homes that I have lived in. They are wonderful to work with. Their selection to choose from is immense, they have discount rooms with rugs of every size and color. What a great experience from sales to install. I always recommend them to my friends and family. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you Halls and Gwen for top notch customer service!

  I have used Halls Carpet for many years and have always had positive experiences, which is why I chose them again earlier this year for new carpet in our bonus room. After the installation, I recently compared the carpet in our home to the sample that was displayed in their showroom—the very sample that helped us make our decision. I was surprised to discover that the pattern on the installed carpet is noticeably different from the showroom sample. I shared photos with Hogan, and his response was that it was the same carpet and that the showroom sample was simply older. If the manufacturer has changed the appearance of the carpet, the showroom sample should be updated. Customers rely on those samples to make an informed decision, and it's unreasonable to expect the installed carpet to look different from what was displayed. What disappointed me the most was not just the difference in appearance, but the lack of concern and willingness to address the issue. I expected better customer service from a company I've trusted for years. Unfortunately, this experience has left me very disappointed. I hope Halls Carpet will consider updating outdated samples and placing greater value on customer satisfaction in the future.

  Staff was knowledgeable and helpful, got us worked on the schedule rather quickly. Great selection of new and clearance carpets if looking for a remnant, rug, or have a small space you're finishing.

  Let me first start by saying I have used Hall’s several times in the past and therefore should have been treated as an existing client. When I arrived at the showroom, I was pointed only to the Karastan section and told to look around. The selection of samples is definitely picked over and in some cases I was shown other color ways on a computer bc they didn’t have all the options in house. When asked why there weren’t more samples to take home I was told its because some customers don’t return the samples. And then I was allowed to take some samples home without leaving my name or credit card (which I’m guessing is why people don’t return them). I asked to have my rooms measured and was told they didn’t do that until a selection was made. I called back the next day with a selection and was told the measurer was out of the office that day and would call me the next day. No one called the next day. I called the following day and was told they would give him my number. When I expressed my concern over timing as we were getting ready to move jn to a new home, she couldn’t give me an estimated install date. I was then told they no longer wanted to work with me because they couldn’t meet my expectations. After we hung up, I called another vendor. They came the next day to measure and brought samples, carpet was ordered and is being installed in10 days. Halls lost a customer and a rather large install. I will never use them again.
