    The showroom was nice and provided a variety of choices. I thought Megan did a good job in showing us around. Our overall experience could have been better as I thought the communication between departments was disappointing and caused us extra time/work. Shout out to Chris who gave us a direct line of communication to him when anything escalated, and we needed management support.

    We spent over $60,000 on premium appliances from Ferguson and the experience was incredibly disappointing from start to finish. The sales team was apologetic and somewhat responsive once problems occurred, but that doesn't change the fact that the installation process was a mess. Appliances were installed incorrectly, one appliance was broken on install, one appliance was missing, one appliance was damaged, communication between departments was poor, and we received conflicting information about our order. The installation team damaged our cabinetry, failed to properly install and level our built-in refrigerator, and left us questioning whether they had the experience needed for a high-end appliance project of this scale. The problems continued long after the initial installation, including broken refrigerator components, multiple service visits, wasted appointments due to missing parts and poor coordination, and ongoing delays that kept us from fully using our new kitchen. We also still have unresolved issues, including a broken rangetop grate that was supposed to be replaced. For a purchase of this size, customers should not feel like guinea pigs for a new installation company. While a few individuals tried to help after the fact, the overall experience was frustrating, time-consuming, and far below expectations. I tried giving them the opportunity to make me feel better about the experience before leaving this review, but at the end, apologies rang pretty hollow and I would not recommend Ferguson based on our experience.

    Melissa Randall was the worst sales representative I’ve ever dealt with. She made the experience very uncomfortable. I highly recommend avoiding her when scheduling an appointment. The front desk and all the other representatives were very friendly, except for Melissa Randall. We were supposed to look at faucets and fixtures, but we ended up stopping at just the faucets due to the experience.
