  I started my home search at Farms at Bellingham with Stephanie lived the model and Stephanie the sales rep just let me explore the hime so personable down to earth and informative on present real estate market. I continued my search with other builders and neighborhoods only to end back with Stephanie she made the home buying process so comfortable for me anf put me at ease ..she even made her own personal sketch of finished home I purchased to give me a visual of the color scheme. I would definitely recommend Stephanie with DRB to anyone with home questions or searching for their dream home ..

  I had the pleasure of working with Karlee Ward at Alexander Providence, and I cannot say enough good things about the experience. Karlee took the time to walk me through the construction process at DRB Homes in a way that was both informative and easy to understand. She was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure I felt confident every step of the way. Her detailed explanation of the floor plans and willingness to answer every question made a lasting impression.   Working with Tabitha has been a great experience so far. The floor plan we wanted wasn’t ready initially, but she has done an excellent job keeping us informed throughout the entire process. Her communication has been consistent and clear, especially around the approval process and permits needed to move forward with the build. We’re especially excited about the 3-story Westport plans and are really looking forward to seeing those completed soon. While we can’t speak to the final build quality just yet, her professionalism and responsiveness have made this part of the journey smooth and stress-free. We really appreciate her dedication and would definitely recommend her to others.

The townhomes are of good quality construction and represent a compelling value proposition, offering luxury finishes at an affordable price point that’s competitive with comparable properties in the area. All four of my clients have settled in happily and are very satisfied with their purchase decisions, making Ballancroft an excellent choice for buyers looking for quality townhome living in a desirable south Charlotte location. Throughout these four separate buyer transactions, I had the opportunity to work closely with Wendy Baia from DRB Homes.   Building our home with DRB Homes has been an amazing experience, largely because of our sales consultant, Sara. From the very beginning, she has been incredibly supportive, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring throughout the entire building process. Sara guided us every step of the way and consistently went above and beyond to make sure we felt comfortable and informed during our build. She is honest, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the homes, upgrades, and pricing. No matter what questions we had, she always took the time to help us and made the process feel much less stressful. What truly stands out about Sara is how dedicated she is to her customers.
