After dealing with a frustrating situation where our motorized patio screen wasn’t working and another contractor never followed through, Kevin stepped in and completely turned things around. He came out earlier than scheduled, quickly diagnosed the issue, and had everything working in under an hour—without even needing to replace the motor we thought was the problem. That level of honesty and expertise is hard to find. Kevin was professional, efficient, and clearly very knowledgeable about outdoor structures and motorized systems. He handled everything with care and made sure it was working perfectly before leaving. If you’re looking for someone reliable who actually knows what they’re doing and won’t overcharge you, I highly recommend Kevin and Open Air Construction. We will absolutely be using him again!
