- SKsuddhula karthik1 day ago4.0Culligan’s water filtration service is good overall, but I’m giving it 4 out of 5 stars due to some unexpected charges. Even for the annual maintenance visit, they charge around $130, which I didn’t anticipate. Additionally, if the app doesn’t work on your phone, they charge between $100–$200 just to come out and set it up. My concern is that the app and system are part of their service, so customers shouldn’t have to pay extra when something on their end isn’t working properly. Because of these additional costs, my experience hasn’t been completely satisfying.

The shower with soft water was amazing too. Not only that, but Alex and Dalton did an incredible job. Not only were they efficient, but they were educating me along the way. He gives you the best options for your water but doesn’t push you to buy anything. Alex and Dalton did the installation and they did an awesome job!!! Would recommend to anybody having any kind of water issues.
