  Just had an annual inspection of my filtration system and all was fine with the system. The technician Brandon Yerkes was knowledgeable, courteous and a credit to the company. I would definitely recommend Culligan to anyone seeking to improve their household water supply.

  My technician Marcus Dwaileebe from Culligan of Charlotte was courteous, informative, and efficient during his visit. He provided a thorough overview of what I was to expect during his visit and even an estimated cost of what the service would be. It was great to meet him and hope he’s my same technician going forward.

  I recently had my recommended yearly check up completed by Culligan of Charlotte and my tech, Brandon Y. was awesome! It was pouring rain and he took great care in making sure to not track mud inside. He answered all of my questions and showed me what I needed to do to keep my water softener system preforming at it's best. I had my system installed about 2 years ago. I have had no issues with it and it works great! I have well water and before I had it installed my black faucets and shower heads always looked dirty because of white residue spots but now they stay nice and clean.

  Would not recommend. I schedule a visit to service whole home system and install RO filter kit. I was quote a price for the filters and service fee. They show up and of course the need to replace the membrane which is not part of the filter kit. So then they stop what they are doing to work up a new qoute. By the way service fee only covers 30 mins! Another $200 bucks for the membrane, on top of the $125 filter kit. We do it. Now we go to whole home, looks at it and says not good enough need a new system. I just install this one in 2019. I ask well I just need more stuff added into the tank and he says if I open it up its additional charge. Plus he said he could not tell what's in the tank with out a additional charge to test it. So then he said let me qoute you a new system...BTW still on clock. Give it to me and I say let me think abkut it. Decide to hold off today and he says we'll I need to pay for the work that was done I said OK. Gives me invoice and said I had to add 15 mins to the service fee cuz we went over our 30 mins( which probably was writing up qoutes and try to sell me stuff) I say all that to say never received my service I really needed and felt like all it was a sales pitch the whole time.
