  I have recently had a full closet installation in my home and had a great experience. I worked with Heather who was very professional, gave great advice, and was very easy to communicate with. All of the staff members were very pleasant to work with and I would recommend their services!

  Closet and Storage Concepts were so easy to work with. From the beginning Koren Ayers was so helpful with designing exactly what I asked for. She made suggestions to make it even better. The installers were remarkable too. They did all of it so quickly and were careful with freshly painted walls. They did not leave any debris or sawdust or anything! I am more than pleased with my new built in cabinets and closets.

  Booked to get my master closet done, Heather was great with her design. She gave me a date even before fully booking, So I booked for 7/29/22 Here comes the horror story…. Less then 48 hrs before my closet makeover. I get a call “hey we order the wrong color we going to move to 8/20/22. So I’m like no that’s not good for me I won’t be in the country. The office clerk like oh well we had to move it. So I stated I’m doing my final wedding walk thru in Jamaica. And for the last min moving I’m going to need to get some one to let you in my house and etc. I tell what compensation are you offering me for the delay. I had my schedule around yall. I’ll get the manager / owner call you. He calls and give me well if I compensated every delay I’ll have to lock my doors and etc.I stated well I’ll cancel and just refund me my money he hangs up. Point of this story is he lost a cust and I’ll make sure no one uses this company. When a simple we apologizy would have went far.

  These folks installed walk-in master closet and pantry in our last house and have just completed the master closet in our current home. Everything went so well the first time, 4 years ago, that we didn’t hesitate to call them again when we moved. From beginning to end they were professional, knowledgeable and creative. When I wanted more shelving, it was very easy to get what we needed. Its been a pleasure, folks. Thanks!

  The professionals at Closet and Storage Concepts provided a great design taylored to our individual needs for our two walk-in closets. The installation went smoothly and the installation team was very concerned about our satisfaction and understanding of the purpose of each element. The added efficiency and organization has really improved our quality of life.
