In 2010 we had the opportunity to start Classica Homes in North Carolina, an amazing construction and homebuilding company which could focus tightly on being the best. We formed Classica with 16 Team members; all of us worked together previously for years and represented the best in home real estate development. Our mission is to create a small niche of remarkably designed luxury homes, giving clients the experience we’d want if we were building and at the same time not make luxury equate to simply being expensive.
