  We are building our retirement home with Classica Homes and ALL the staff we have spent time with from Bryan President/CEO, Lisa in design and Gail; Sales; and Jessica in construction; we are excited to get started with the building phase next! We were wanting a blue roof and we were told that they don't carry blue shingles anymore; but one of the builders went to the Classica warehouse and found just enough to roof our French Cottage house. All the outside vendors; appliance; lighting; audio visual etc. were just top notch and had nothing but excellent comments when talking with us about Classica Homes ! We highly recommend Classica Homes if you are wanting a high quality builder.

  All of the staff here are top notch. Kind, friendly and knowledgeable. It’s a long process and they are all so patient. And the options available are beautiful.

  We have been following Classica for 7 or so years and were excited to finally be able to make the leap and purchase a home from them. We purchased a "Your Way" home which helped us greatly by saving us time and money. Even though the exterior was already completed, we were able to customize a fair number of structural changes and then had the full range of options for finishes. We were under contract when our first COVID lockdown happened, but the Classica team was quick to provide us updates on how their operations had changed and even with the limitations the team was able to guide us through the design and construction process smoothly. The sales teams at all the models we visited over the years are friendly and all helped us along they way, especially the team at our community, Nannette and Colleen, who made sure we were prepared when we went to contract and design--and were always excited to see us when we popped by to check on construction. Beth, our Design Consultant was helpful and provided great insights and custom options we loved--and was very patient with all our changes. Being able to go to Queen City for our appliances and Lee Lighting for our lighting provided endless opportunities to customize our home. Our builder Graydon ensured our house was done early and with impeccable quality. He was quick to provide updates and answers to our questions, and in several cases pre-emptively took care of issues he thought might become warranty concerns. His attention to detail was amazing and ran the most pristine worksites I have ever seen. Terri and Caroline on the finance side, along with our sales manager, were great at streamlining the finance and closing process. CEO Bill Saint was involved in our process at a few points which I think is a nice touch--how often do you have senior leadership at a company connecting with customers? After living in the home for a few months, we have been amazed with its energy efficiency. The Warranty Manager Dave has provided a personalized touch to walk us through a few warranty items that have arisen, working to get them resolved in the most effective and efficient manner. Our friends and family have commented on how much they enjoy our home and I am proud to show it off. All-in-all, I would definitely build with Classica again and recommend them to anyone who is considering a new home.

  I love their floorplans and craftsmanship. Their sales associates are very polite and professional. High 200s-400s will get you every option you want and better school districts. Big master closets and sitting area.

  Their HVAC subs did a poor job. I had to replace under sized capacitor, blower motor, humidifier and so on. Unfortunately they broke down a few months after the warranty period expired.
