  Meeting Kisha for the first time, we immediately knew we were in good hands. She’s so sweet, welcoming, and very knowledgeable about the Charlotte area. We instantly connected with her! As relocation buyers, we knew very little about Charlotte, but Kisha guided us through our new build home buying process and was there every step of the way. She gave us great recommendations on things to do in the area with our family and provided valuable insight into schools and different areas. Whenever an issue came up, she was always responsive and communicative! We’re so grateful that we met Kisha, she truly made our relocation experience so much easier! Thank you Kisha!!!!

  3 Stars My initial experience with this builder was disappointing. Several items that were promised to me by the original construction manager were never completed after he left the company. Getting those issues addressed became much more difficult than it should have been, and I felt like I had to fight to have commitments honored. The reason I’m updating my review is because Takisha Riley stepped in and made a real difference. She listened to my concerns, followed through, and helped get the outstanding items resolved. I truly appreciate her professionalism, responsiveness, and willingness to advocate on my behalf. While I can’t give five stars because the overall process was far from smooth, I do want to recognize Takisha for turning a very frustrating situation into a much better outcome. I hope the company improves its communication and follow-through so future homeowners don’t have the same experience.

  Buyers, please be extremely cautious before purchasing a home here. This company cannot maintain a full staff, and they’re already on their third warranty representative. The quality of work is poor, and unless you can be on-site daily to monitor the construction, you may end up in the same stressful situation my family has faced. I’ve been dealing with ongoing warranty issues for months, and the amount of stress and inconvenience has been overwhelming. I even had to involve attorneys just to get them to address a foundation problem they originally refused to fix. After only partially repairing it, they told me they would no longer handle my flooring issues because I had consulted a lawyer. Their communication has been horrible throughout the entire process. I’ve lost 13 days of work because they repeatedly scheduled repairs, only for workers to arrive without materials or not follow through at all. They’ve torn up my flooring multiple times and still have not resolved the issue. Once you sign the contract, this company leaves you on your own and makes you fight for every repair. I’ve purchased new homes from Lennar and DR Horton and never experienced anything like this. Please think twice before spending $500k here. I’m sharing this to save someone else from the headache and frustration my family has endured.
