  Very flexible, very accommodating! We had numerous scheduling changes on our end which required a number of changes where they worked with us. Timely, patient and very friendly. They came highly recommended from a neighbor and we now know why. Great service all around!

  As property managers, we've had good experience with City Air, which is based near us in the city center and well managed. Appointment setting is easy and there's plenty of communication from them in confirmations and reminders. They arrive on time and are generously consultative with guidance and expertise. Rafael is professional, pleasant, and well spoken. They are flexible on emergency calls after hours and on weekends, which is comforting. Altogether a solid choice in HVAC!
