  We selected Charlotte Decks and Porches after several conversations with friends who used Charlotte Decks and Porches for their projects and were happy with the level of service and quality of work that Jeff and his team provided. Our experience with Charlotte Decks and Porches was no different and exceeded all expectations. From the quoting process to building, Jeff and his team went above and beyond to ensure all questions were answered and concerns were alleviated. Jeff was constantly in contact throughout the process, keeping the project moving while ensuring his and our standards were met (my wife and I are Type A all the way). We highly recommend Charlotte Decks and Porches for anyone looking for a contractor who is a great communicator, provides quality work, and maintains a clean job site!

  I contracted with Jeff Waldron of Charlotte Decks and Porches to demolish an old open air porch on the back of my house, and replace it with a new screened in porch structure. Throughout the initial estimating process, Jeff was extremely receptive to understanding my budget and working to find a cost effective solution. Once we settled on the scope and pricing (the pricing was fair and competitive with the local industry), he scheduled me for 6 weeks out. What do you know, on the 6th week he started just as he said he would! Jeff's crew was always respectful, cleanly, and expedient during the build. As Jeff predicted, the entire project took exactly 4 weeks start to finish. Jeff built a beautiful 16'x12' screened in porch for my family and I couldn't be happier with the pricing, schedule, and overall workmanship that his crew showed.

  Our experience working with Charlotte Decks and Porches to build our screened-in back porch has been one of my best experiences with any builder to date. Jeff truly listened for what we were looking to accomplish with our back porch and came up with a great design that still fit within our budget for the project. Beyond the excellent quality of the porch itself, I was most impressed by how easy everyone was to communicate with. Any questions or concerns we had were quickly addressed and not brushed aside. We ended up going with an 18x16 screen porch with the EZ-Breeze windows and couldn't be happier with our decision. Charlotte Decks and Porches also did an awesome job keeping the job site clean at the end of each day. I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking to build a porch around the Charlotte area.
