  I've had them out before in January of 2026 and had Rob he was awesome!!! So easy to work with and went the extra mile. Hes 5 stars!!!. The tech that came out today David S was very condescending and couldnt care less about anything I had to say. Dismissed it like a shrug off his shoulders. After waiting a week for the appointment and re scheduling work hours it just wasn't cool. Paid his trip fee and let him go because clearly he had better things to do. If anyone reads this before having a bad experience, let me recommend Dilling.

  I’m writing to commend the plumbing repair service that Mykola recently provided. I had experienced an outside underground lawn system pipe leak. Mykola arrived at my house on time as expected. He texted me in advance to confirm his appointment time. Apon his arrival, Mykola introduced himself and immediately went to work. He was friendly, professional, efficient and effective. In a short period of time Mykola identified the leak problem and repaired it with an efficient and effective solution. He reviewed his work with me, completed the cleanup of his work area, reviewed the final bill — and thanked me for the business. He was cordial and professional and a very good representative of the company. I would hire Mykola again, if needed and recommend him to others if they need an outstanding plumber.
