  Kylie Bradley was very knowledgeable and has excellent customer service. She was prompt and did an excellent job of explaining what was going on with my unit. Will definitely recommend this company and especially Kylie as the tech!

  The technician was nice and knowledgeable. The price was robbery. $299 for 15 minutes worth of work on something I could have done myself if I had the proper tool. And that was after the discount the technician gave me. The plumber gets 5 stars. The company gets -1.

  Lauren Boyd was wonderful. She called ahead as promised to let us know she was on the way. She arrived promptly. She knew instantly what the issue was AND how to fix it. She provided quality work and we couldn’t be happier.

  I'm here to warn others about the incompetence of the technicians and the horrible business practices they partake in. I had them out for a general maintenance on my plumbing. I was told my PSI valve was broken and needed repair and with that repair, I needed a new retention tank as well. Mind you, my house is only 3 yrs old so my equipment is also only 3 yrs old. They tried to do some fear tactics by telling me without this fix the water pressure in my home will destroy my fixtures and my pipes and I'll have a larger issue. I decided to get a second opinion and yes, I am getting too much water pressure to my house but a simple tightening of the bolt fixed it. I don't need a new value or a new retention tank. But the technicians who came out, didn't even attempt to fix that, instead they quoted me $1,000! The guy who came out also tried to scare me into getting a water filter for my whole house because I have chlorine in my water and that causes cancer. I encourage everyone to get a second opinion or go with a smaller company that has more knowledgeable technicians and aren't trying to scam you out of money.

  Hello, Travis came out to inspect the situation, then sent his technicians to finish up the work. Oscar was the BEST. He came and went to work, digging, pulling , cutting, & sweating. It was HOT 🔥 🥵 on that day. I am VERY satisfied with the work that was provided.. Please call Benjamin Franklin Plumbers for all of your concerns. Thanks
