I cannot say enough good things about B Organized! I had what appeared to be a leaking pipe inside my wall that messed up my drywall and baseboards. After a plumber cut three holes and found no leak, he determined it was coming from the shower enclosure. I got a wall repair estimate of over $900, so I wanted the enclosure fixed correctly. I tracked down B Organized, who originally installed it through the builder. From my first call, their customer care coordinator was incredibly kind. She honestly warned me about their $250 service fee since they were two hours away, but I gladly agreed because I wanted it done right. They scheduled the call and promised to try to reduce the fee if the fix was simple. The first technician added silicone and adjusted the door sweep. When it still leaked, the coordinator had me test it with a towel and immediately sent out their top expert. This expert technician went above and beyond, coming back multiple times, removing the previous silicone, taking photos, and testing everything. On his third visit, the technician and the coordinator used FaceTime to examine the inside of the wall together through the plumber's holes. They discovered the issue wasn't the enclosure installation at all—the shower had been built incorrectly underneath the tile, and water was leaking from the weep holes. Even though my builder warranty ended over four years ago and B Organized was not at fault, the coordinator told me to wait while she contacted the builder on my behalf. Within days, she coordinated with the builder's representative, who came out, agreed with B Organized's findings, and offered to tear out the tile, rebuild it correctly, and fix my drywall completely FOR FREE! The customer care coordinator went WAY above and beyond to help me and do all this to get my shower fixed FOR FREE, which saved me probably tens of thousands of dollars!!! THIS GIRL IS JUST PLAIN AWESOME!!!!!! People aren't like this. She's one in a million. For her to spend all this time, energy, and effort to help me—not because it was her job, but because she's just the kindest, sweetest person you could ever meet. I honestly don't know what I would have done if she hadn't stepped up, done all this for me, and got everything fixed. B Organized sent their expert back to remove the glass enclosure so the builder could work, and then back a final time to reinstall it perfectly. He is so fast and efficient, he had everything done in minutes! The technician had to make at least four or five round trips—each a two-hour drive to my house and a two-hour drive back every single time—and he was still so sweet, patient, and working so hard to get it fixed right. He did an absolute masterclass job, and the final results look PERFECT! In the end, B Organized never charged me a single penny for any of these service calls. Their customer care coordinator even called several times afterward just to follow up. It is incredibly rare to find an honest, reliable company with such phenomenal, selfless people who go this far above and beyond. If you want a company you can truly trust, call them! I highly recommend them!!!!
