  book online, repair was done the following day, super fast response within 24 hours, Bryant fixed the problem and installed the new garage lights, this new electoral service from Acosta is highly recommended

  Be aware of their recurring membership terms before signing up. I have been an Acosta Club member ($21.65/month) for over a year. When I submitted a cancellation request through their customer support text portal on August 19, they refused to process it in writing and insisted I call their office instead. I reiterated my request to cancel immediately in writing, but received no confirmation and was ignored on follow-up. There is also no straightforward self-service cancellation option on their website. If a customer is allowed to interact with support via text, the company should honor a direct cancellation request without imposing unnecessary phone call barriers.

  At first, everything was great, and we felt confident in our decision to do business with Acousta. We ultimately spent approximately $12,000 out of pocket on a new HVAC unit, so we expected a reliable system and quality service. Unfortunately, we have had nothing but issues with the unit. The first unit they installed had problems and had to be replaced. Then, just a few months later, the motherboard went out on the replacement unit. Now, we are dealing with another issue where the unit is not properly cooling our home. At this point, it is the principle of the matter. Spending $12,000 out of pocket on a brand-new system only to continuously experience problems is extremely frustrating and unacceptable. We should not have to keep dealing with major issues after making such a significant investment. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Acousta to anyone considering their services. I will also be sharing our experience with my family and friends so they can make an informed decision before doing business with this company.
