  It is so nice to find a trustworthy company, that doesn’t try to nickel and dime you. Setting the appointment was easy and they sent a technician the next day. They provided updated communication about our window of service and when our technician would arrive. Kevin showed up, checked out our HVAC, and got our AC working again in no time at all.

  Jay Hayes was my technician reviewing my electrical system. He was very thorough and professional. He communicated everything he did and explained what he was inspecting plus gave a written report on items that needed to be replaced. Highly recommend Jay as very knowledgeable and professional.

  My fiancé and I have a membership with Acosta and they called to set up an electrical check. Jay, the electrician, was incredibly easy to communicate with, provided step by step information so I could understand what he was doing and kept the prices very transparent. We scheduled a later date to install the agreed upon work and I’m looking forward to updating this review after that is done.

  Outstanding Service and Professionalism I called Acosta Heating, Cooling, and Electrical when my 17-year-old AC unit stopped working. Technician Kenny Cooke was extremely thorough and professional - he spent considerable time inspecting both the unit and furnace, then provided detailed cost breakdowns for repairs and replacement options so I could make an informed decision. Kenny's expertise was evident throughout the process, and he took the time to explain everything clearly. When he returned to complete the repair work, he spent over two hours ensuring my AC was working properly. His attention to detail and commitment to quality work were impressive. The level of service from Kenny and Acosta Heating, Cooling, and Electrical exceeded my expectations. Professional, knowledgeable, honest, and reliable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services.

  Jay was absolutely fantastic. He came to our home to service all of our smoke alarms, which was no small task given our high vaulted ceilings, but he handled it with total ease and professionalism. We also have a pretty boisterous but very friendly dog, and Jay was so kind and patient with him. He didn’t seem bothered at all and even took the time to interact with him, which we really appreciated. As a couple, my fiancée and I also want to note how comfortable Jay made us feel in our home. As two gay women, that sense of ease and respect means a lot, and Jay was nothing but kind, professional, and welcoming from start to finish. He took the time to clearly explain what was going on with our smoke alarms and what needed to be fixed, which made the whole experience feel transparent and stress free. We would absolutely love to have Jay back for any future heating, cooling, or electrical needs. Highly recommend!
