  The young man Benedict Smithwas very knowledgeable, Of what I was needing, gave me the information on what all comes with the type of garage door that I was looking at purchasing informed me that I can finance it or pay right out cash. He gave me the rundown. He wanted to do it himself. He’s never done a door like that, but it is what it is. He did a very good job. He gave me a lot of good information. We talked about other things as far as what I’m wanting to do with the house and he gave me something to look forward to. I appreciate.

  I had a fantastic experience getting the springs on my garage door replaced, and a lot of that came down to the two gentlemen who did the work. Spencer was the lead on the job and he was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. He was patient, friendly, and genuinely knowledgeable. I had a lot of questions going in (more than I’d care to admit) and he took the time to answer every single one of them clearly, without ever making me feel like I was slowing him down. He walked me through what he was doing, explained why certain components were being replaced, and made sure I understood the warranty and the options I had before we moved forward. That kind of patience and transparency is rare. Alex was working alongside him and was just as great. Easy to talk to, clearly knew his stuff, and contributed a lot of helpful insight throughout the visit. It was obvious they take pride in what they do. Beyond the technical work, both guys were respectful of my home, kept the work area clean, and finished up exactly when they said they would. No pressure, no upsells, no surprises on the final bill. Just honest, high-quality work delivered by two true professionals. If you’re considering this company, ask for Spencer and Alex specifically. I would absolutely recommend their work to family and friends, and they’ll be my first call the next time anything garage door related comes up. Five stars without hesitation.

He also was very transparent regarding the costs and service charges!   A1 Garage, and Spencer the technician did an amazing job on an emergency call on a Sunday coming out to repair my garage door after it came out from the wall due to poor installation from my builder in my 5 year old home. I highly recommend reaching out to them. From the service center answering the call and working to get me scheduled ASAP, along with the amazingly kind and patient technician. I am a client for life, literally!

  Brian did a very good job explaining issues and possible solutions for my garage door. The work Brian did was done professionally and timely. One of the issues Brian explained and not resolved was my springs either may need to be adjusted or replaced. Brian would not adjust the springs due to he said his company didn’t install them. Instead he offered to replace them at considerable cost. To me that is not good customer service to know a possible solution, try adjusting the springs, and not be willing to, leaving me with a known issue. Now I’m left in search of a qualified technician that is willing to help and adjust the springs, and of course I will incur more cost.
