  Jay did an amazing job. Friendly from start to finish and explained everything so that we understood what needed to be fixed. Electrical issues fixed! Will be using him for all our rentals moving forward!

  Connor came in, diagnosed the problem with my bathroom exaust. He gave me three options, and he removed and replace my old exaust in the time he stated. Connor was professional, courteous and respectful.

  The job itself was done fine, it's just a big confusion on the exact cost. When the technician showed up the very first visit, he emailed an estimate of a cost. Over the weekend I called and they said call back Monday morning to get more specific information. So when I called, I had spoke with the service manager and he added in a portion of the talked about work and from that point my husband and I agreed to pay the price. So from that point an appointment for installation was scheduled for a few days later due to having to order parts. When the technician arrived to perform work he brought up the cost of the job and had said it was going to cost about $1,200 more than what the service manager and I had agreed to pay. So from now on I literally am confused as to who's estimate I should go by; the service manager or the technician himself? I would have thought that being such a larger company that the cost would be a specific price and not something negotiated minutes before the actual job was to be provided at a higher coat just because the technician felt it needed to be at that number or he wasn't going to do the job (or at least that's the way it come over to me or the technician was going to do a slub job because he had to do it at a lower cost than what he wanted). Well after all the work was done, then my husband and I had to learn the machine operations ourselves from looking it up on the internet due to the device being installed in the crawlspace and I'm very sure it made it awkward for the technician to go over any specifics as well because of location. This has been a strange experience seeing how this company sets prices for jobs. But there is one clear thing ............ the service manager was exceptionally easy to talk with and very helpful in explaining how things are suppose to work and that's truly appreciated.

  Michael and Son (Technician Austin) were the best I could have asked for. We had a busted valve on our main shut off line in our front yard. After the county came by and determined it wasn’t on their end I had submitted a service request in with our Home Warranty service. After researching the company that was assigned to us and noticing their 2.4/5 stars and poor reviews on Google I was afraid to use them regardless of warranty. On top of the fact that it was 10:30 on a Friday and most likely would’ve had to wait until Monday to be contacted. I instead reached out to Michael and Son, not only were they able to send out a technician that day they also got it fixed same day. This was a big deal because once they find the valve (under sand and mud from the leak) they realized it was installed poorly in the first place and the whole section would need to be duh out in order to reach the valve (they showed me the location so I didn’t think they were just trying to squeeze me). Even though Austin did not have the necessary equipment on his vehicle for this, now larger, project he left to grab everything he needed and came back to finish the job. ON A FRIDAY! They saved me the worry of having to wait all weekend to hopefully save a couple hundred dollars - while that would’ve been nice I applaud them for giving me their service and making everything right before the weekend. I called at 10:30 to set the appointment and the work was complete by 4:45. Thank you very much!

  Connor is incredible! He is so personable and kind, but more importantly strives to make sure the job is completed correctly and safely. He worked tirelessly to complete our job, with an amazing attitude throughout. We would trust him over and over, and hope that Michael and Son recognize what a fantastic asset he is to their organization.
