  Michael and Sons was Great to schedule with. They kept us informed regarding arrival. The technician explained what he was going to do and provided the cost before he began his work. Had a great experience and will definitely be using them in the future!

  Had an issue with our patio firepit since we bought it. We couldn't get it to work at all. Brandon came out and immediately figured out what the problem. It was very polite & professional. Placed a Michael & Son's mat at our front door & had a pair of protective shoes he slipped on before entering. Truly exceptional customer service. We will definitely use Michael & Sons again and will request Brandon. He's truly an asset to your company. Thanks again Brandon.

  I just got off the phone with the most arrogant customer service rep I ever experienced. When I asked to talk to his manager her refused. After 4 y ars with service and tens of thousands of dollars I will be not only canceling my contract but I will be making sure nobody I know uses them

  I was referred to them by a family member who raved over their work. I was very pleased with the quick response as well as the easy of scheduling an appointment. They were able to get me in next day. They were prompt and Joseph the technician handling my plumbing issue was very professional. I was also impressed by the mannerisms ie. They put out a rug outdoors for wiping off their feet before entering my home and wore shoe covers not to track throughout the house.

  Emmanuel always goes above and beyond offering his expertise and hard work to fix all our issues, concerns or even just regular maintenance. This specific instance our AC went out and I asked for an after hours tech. Emmanuel arrived within a hour around 7pm and stayed here til almost midnight trying to resolve the issue, but unfortunately due to the time he was unable to reach the parts necessary to get the unit up and running. Micheal and son was able to retrieve the part and install it within 36 hours. We now have our AC fixed and are so grateful for Emmanuel’s attention to detail and expertise on the trade. We have used 3 other HVAC companies in the past, that did not meet our expectations in many areas. We highly recommend Micheal and son!
