  Fantastic! Diana was very responsive and scheduled our job promptly. I called after hours and received a call-back within 30 minutes. She scheduled Thomas to come the next day. He arrived early and had our sink faucet repaired within the hour. Highly recommend!

  Scott and Ace are excellent to work w. My patio door needed heart surgery on both sides right at the bottom. Called Ace because of high ratings and next day Scott came right on time. It was obvious to a layman like me he knew what he was doing and spent three hours solid working on the "patient". When he left I felt good about no leak. However, Sunday it rained all night in Franklin and to my dismay the bottom right corner was slightly leaking. Called Ace up Monday and Scott was here at 9am ready to. He had brought more materials to stop leak and I don't think a fire hose could get through. Look, my honest opinion is these guys wanna do the job right. That simple. Scott is a great guy to work and knows his stuff. Recommend 100 percent, especially w second trip next day at 9wm.

  The absolute best when you need something done quickly and efficiently. They stay in constant communication to keep you aware of needed fixes and estimated repair costs. Your “go-to” when you can’t “get to” a problem!

  Great experience! Diana was very responsive and scheduled our job promptly. She sent out Doug to our location. He was excellent in every way- knowledgeable, on time, under budget, flexible and responsive. Will definitely schedule future projects with Ace Handyman! Highly recommend!
