  Eight years ago The Bath Shop gutted and remodeled my master bathroom/closet, hall bath and laundry room. During these eight years I have not had any issues with their work. Everything still works perfectly today. I still receive compliments as to how it looks brand new. This year I had the plumber, Tommy, return to do a new household plumbing project with another successful outcome. They originally created a universal design master bath/closet that is suitable for current use and future wheelchair use if needed. I am very pleased with the functional and cosmetic results of this project. I was informed daily when workers would arrive and what tasks would be performed. Changes and corrections to the contract, material orders, etc. were made quickly. Jen kept me well informed of the schedule for financial payments. There were no surprises. The job finished on budget. I will be calling them when it is time for the kitchen!

  What sets The Bath Shop apart isn't just the finished product—it's how they manage the entire experience. We've worked with contractors before, and this was one of the few times we felt informed and supported from start to finish. The team was responsive, organized, and genuinely cared about getting things right. Remodeling always comes with surprises, but when issues arose, they were addressed quickly and professionally. The craftsmanship is excellent, but what really earned our trust was the communication. We always knew where things stood, what was coming next, and who to contact if we had questions. The end result is a space we absolutely love, but just as important, we enjoyed working with the people who made it happen - we met so many good people I don't want to name any for fear of leaving any out! They are all so good at what they do! If you're looking for a remodeling company that combines quality work with a high level of professionalism, The Bath Shop is an easy recommendation.

  I met Justin Johnson, the owner of The Bath Shop, about 15 years ago at a Home Show in Raleigh. He was just starting out and he worked with just one other person. My husband and I took a leap of faith and hired him to remodel our two bathrooms. Several neighbors saw the bathrooms after completion and subsequently hired him. About 13 years later I contacted Justin about a kitchen backsplash. I had no idea he had expanded and had all of his own employees, no sub-contractors from designers, electricians, plumbers, painters...the whole shebang from start to finish. Obviously, this job was too small, but, he recommended someone and saved me A LOT of money. A little over 2 years ago we needed the master bathroom remodeled because my husband needed a roll-in shower. I didn't even bother getting a 2nd estimate. I called Justin for the job. So, when he opened up a second shop in Cary, I stopped in to check it out. The shop in Raleigh is very impressive. The Cary store is mainly to showcase the selection of wallpaper, cabinetry, hardware and tiles to give you an idea of what can be done. I was stunned. Kitchen cabintry with lighted kickplates that roll out to store things like pot lids. Shower stalls with lit niches. I took some photos in case anyone asks me for a recommendation. If you want to remodel your bath or kitchen you won't be disappointed. You get a detailed quote and a timeline, a 3D rendering of the proposed design, the best materials, and a great crew of craftsman and office personnel.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing experience with The Bath Shop! Our tub-to-shower remodel was flawless from start to finish. Every step—from design to installation—was smooth, clean, and handled with true professionalism. The communication was excellent, the team was respectful, and the final result is beautiful and inviting. Highly recommend!
