  Service/general maintenance check & purchase semi-annual service. The technician, (Jarrell?), phoned when he was on his way. He arrived on time & did a thorough inspection. He was kind enough to change out my air filters, cleaned the outside unit, & was very professional & personable. He made recommendations on simple things I could do to keep my system functioning at its best.

  The Good: Drexel and Kris did an outstanding job communicating with me throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer my questions, kept me informed, and I truly appreciate their professionalism and expertise. I also want to personally thank Earnest, the General Manager, for advocating for my family. He took the time to listen to our concerns and worked to help make things right. I also spoke with the Operations Manager, who was empathetic to our situation, especially considering my wife is pregnant. He helped escalate the issue and made sure our concerns were taken seriously. I'm genuinely grateful for the effort both of them put into resolving the situation. The Bad: My biggest concern was with the sales representative who sold us the system. Not all of the important information was explained upfront, particularly regarding components that could affect the long-term reliability of the HVAC system. We were already financing the installation, so if we had known about those components, an additional $15–30 per month for critical parts would not have deterred us. We simply weren't aware of their importance at the time. While the paperwork may have referenced certain details, I believe those items should have been clearly discussed during the sales process so we could make a fully informed decision before moving forward. This was a learning experience for me, and I hope it helps future customers. If you're investing thousands of dollars into a new HVAC system, don't be afraid to ask detailed questions, research the equipment and components being installed, and carefully review every document before signing. If possible, get a second opinion from someone experienced with HVAC repairs or installations. Taking that extra time can help you better understand your options and avoid surprises later. Overall, I appreciate the technicians and management team for their professionalism and willingness to help resolve the situation. My hope is simply that the sales process becomes more transparent so future customers have all the information they need to make the best decision for their home.
