  On one of the hottest days in August, our heat pump stopped working. I called Carolina Air and spoke to a very nice lady and Drexel came out and explained everything that he was doing. He then explained what was wrong with our 22 year old unit. He was very thorough with everything. We had a good experience with every one that we talked to.

  We are very pleased with the service provided by Carolina Air, and Drexel in particular. Drexel took the time to explain the issues with our HVAC unit, went through the advantages of maintaining a service plan, and got our HVAC up and running in no time. We will definitely continue our relationship with Carolina Air.

  Travis was the tech. I know for a fact our church has been with them for 15 years at least. Travis has been at our church on more then one occasion and is the same every time. Outstanding guy. I give them a 5 out of 5. Over the years they have been reliable, and if we caught a error on the bill, they fixed it. I'll admit they were late today, but that happens when you're working from service call to service call. The answering department on the phone has to transfer you to the local place so be aware of that, but great service from these guys. One of their reps, tony, Even came and met with us as a group when need be. Great guy also.

  I had an excellent experience with Carolina Air Inc. Charles came out to perform a checkup on my HVAC system, and everything was operating properly. He was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. He also explained the maintenance plan in detail without any pressure, which made it easy to understand the benefits of keeping my system in top condition. Based on the great service and professionalism, I decided to purchase the maintenance plan. They even scheduled my initial maintenance visit right away, making the entire process smooth and convenient. I highly recommend Carolina Air Inc. to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and professional HVAC service.

  AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! I had been out of town for about 2 weeks and when I came back the house was 85 degrees and the AC was not working properly (froze up). Had a company (not this one) come out to fix it. After that tech was here for almost 2 hours I was quoted $3,000 for repairs with no guarantee that would fix the issue. Also they pushed a whole new system which would be about $8,000-$10,000. Along with not being able to do repairs for a few days (it’s 90 degrees outside). Decided to get a second opinion. Called Carolina Air and Power after the first company left and they were at the house within 3 hours. Tech was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything and was here a max of 30 minutes and now I have AC! There are some parts that will need to be replaced later on down the road that we will be doing very soon, but the main issue I was told the AC unit had by the first company, Carolina Air and Power checked that and said that that was not the issue. Within 30 minutes I had AC and did not fork out thousands of dollars. Even the quote I received for parts that need to be replaced in the future is priced fairly. I cannot say enough great things about this company! They will be our new go to for any AC/Heat issues we have. Definitely give them a call!!!
