Jeremy was prompt, thorough and shared a great deal of information for us about our repair. He even recognized our estimate did not include our parts warranty that saved us some money. We have had excellent service each time we get service!

Your service tech did a great job. He came on time, was courteous, fast and thorough. He explained everything he had done and told me about the issue that he found. He told me what he was going to do to solve the issue he found. Great job. Couldn't have asked for more.

I highly recommend Carolina Air & Power Everyone I’ve encountered during this process has been extremely patient and informative. From the original technical ( I forgot his name😩) to the sales rep (Roberto) and the crew who completed the install today. Thank you all 😊 Not only was the install crew respectful and courteous, but they also took the time to discuss the air filter quality and the new thermostat. In addition, they provided a detailed explanation, along with photographs, of a safety issue that we were previously unaware of. Thank you Johnny, Daryl, and Bryan!

Wayne with Carolina Air and Power is amazing! This company does it right. Wayne performs the maintenance and function work on our Generac generator. He is honest, knowledgeable, professional, and detailed. He takes the time to explain everything well, and provides great pictures of his work. We are very impressed with this company and especially Wayne!

Bobby was here on 08/31/26 due to loss of air conditioning. He came out after-hours, was quick to call and helpful in troubleshooting, and after his service he was able to resolve the problem that evening. He was kind and explained the issue and repair - and even gave suggestions that I can do on my own - would definitely request him again. Charles was here first thing in the morning 09/21/26 and ready to inspect our units. He was kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. He explained his findings and what needed to be replaced. Showed me pictures and monitor readings. Greatly appreciate how thorough he was and how he explained everything. I will request him in the future.
