  We’ve been doing business with Sandpiper HVAC since they installed our two systems in our home when it was built in 2014. We subscribed to their semi-annual maintenance contract and have been pleased with their service ever since. Yesterday we experienced an issue that resulted in a leaking drain line. I called first thing this morning and they sent Taylor to come out and repair the problem just afternoon. Highly recommend Sandpiper HVAC!

  Daniel was very thorough and so polite plus professional!! He certainly knows all about the product! Was able to fix the problem and explain it plus and double checking for any others!! Can't thank him enough for getting me back on the cool track!!! Would and will highly recommend your Sandpiper!! Im so relieved and appreciate the very fast service provided!! Thanks again!!

  The gentleman who arrived was apparently a supervisor. He arrived within an hour of the call and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. We had a very good conversation regarding the original installation and he promptly set about making numerous corrections. Even to the point of raising the drip pan to have the proper slope using plywood that was on the truck as well as a circular saw! He utilized his phone technology to document the situation BEFORE and AFTER the work to document the situation. Without a doubt Sandpiper in my limited dealings has had professional, skilled and take charge employees that I find are atypical. After this I asked him to sign me up for their maintenance program as I can’t imagine having someone else responsible for the equipment.

  Would like to take a few minutes to thank the entire team at Sandpiper. From Amber in the office to Eric that completed the service, job well done. Eric was on time, called to say he was in route, went over all the details of what was completed with the service call and keep his work area super clean. Its refreshing to see great work ethics still being used. See you in 6 months Team Sandpiper !!!!

  I don’t know this fella that helped me troubleshoot my phone to the wall unit But he was excellent. I’d give him a 20 out of a five star rating he was patient he was kind he was knowledgeable. He truly is an asset to your company and I thank you for connecting him with me to help me out. Verizon couldn’t now that is a lot for this young gentleman who was able to help me. If he ever decided to leave your company, give him the highest raise possible to keep them because he truly is the best of the best.
