  Ronnie is the best. We asked him to help change our thermostat to a newer model. Our previous hvac company told us our thermostats were very basic. When I asked Barbour about upgrading, Ronnie came by on time and shared that our current thermostat does everything we want. He could have upsold us on parts we didn’t need, but instead he took a little time to show us how to use the existing thermostat to its fullest capability.

  Kris Young was my technician. He explained everything so I could understand, he was very polite, efficient, helpful, knowledgeable, and got the job done right! It was my maintenance package that I have and am so thankful because without them my unit would have went out a long time ago!!! Barber Heating and A/C is my go to!

  They were able to send a tech out in a timely fashion and he was very professional and knowledgable. Dennis was able to quickly diagnose the problem with our AC unit and made the necessary repairs. I will definitely be using Barber Heating and Air for all my HVAC needs in the future.

  Absolutely outstanding service! Michael from Barber heating and air was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and incredibly thorough. He quickly diagnosed the issue explained everything clearly and got our system running perfectly again. We really appreciated the attention to detail punctuality and honest approach.
