  Our technical expert, Cody, came out to diagnose a possible issue, found the problem and fixed it in record time. Having cool air with heat outside is wonderful.

  Mr. Michael Pernell from Barber Heating & Air is an outstanding service technician. He doesn’t do a rush job. He’s very thorough and pays attention to details. He’s been one of the best service technicians we’ve ever had by far. In our opinion, he’s second to none.

  Today Peter came to my home to give me a second opinion on my compressor on my second unit. It was very pleasant. Plus he gave an opinion on something in my crawlspace. It was done by another company. It was very truthful and honest I gave my business to Peter‘s company. I was very thankful that I got a second opinion the pricing was very fair. He was very courteous and explained everything, Linda Fischer.

  Just had my tech come out today! He was awesome! Even put up with my barking chihuahua they whole visit!🤣😫 He reminded professional and demonstrated everything to me instead of just telling me!   We just had a complete replacement of our duct work of 20 years and our Lennox HVAC of just about 8 yrs old! Our Lennox was a money pit to us and we were tired of putting more money into it! I called Barber Heating & Air and spoke with Jeff, the sales manager. He was GREAT! He didn't make us feel pressured at all! He provided us with the warranty information on our new Amana HVAC and since we have propane heat, it was very important that the burners and other elements were stainless steel. Lennox does not have a unit that provides those and we replaced our burners twice within that 8 year period at about $1500 each! In addition, he stated that Amana has a 10 year warranty for parts and labor and a lifetime warranty on the compressor (I believe that is what it is called.) The Amana we purchased has the identical specs as the Lennox, however I have found out that Amana is a workhorse! In addition, Amana is made in the USA, in Texas. Jeff was great about everything with us! We spent a lot of money on the Lennox HVAC unit 8 years ago and we were concerned that we would be buying another "dud!" Jeff really put our minds at ease with it. He assured us that his team does it right the first time and if there are any issues with the HVAC, he has it covered with Amana's warranty. All of the team at Barber that helped with removing ALL the duct work and the Lennox HVAC were terrific! Very, very polite, very respectful of our property and very knowledgeable. They were just great! It was a pleasure to work with them! We will be having our new HVAC serviced by Barber every year going forward with their service plan. I am confident that they will take good care of us going forward. In other words, Barber just isn't in it for the "big" money, they are in for the long haul! Thank you, Jeff for taking care of us and thank your team for the awesome work they did! You can use us anytime for references! This is how confident my husband and I are with Barber Heating and their team! You don't need to look any further for an honest down to earth conversation about purchasing a new HVAC from Barber!
