  Styx did a great job and it wasn't Easy. He replaced a faulty, thermostat and afterwards the system hummed like a well oiled sewing machine.

  Call Blue Ridge Heating and Air. These guys will not take you if you're not a current customer, as if they are a doctor's office. Also, heads up to fellow locals: if you didn't already know, new construction makes more money than service.

  Mac Heating is always dependable. The temperature in our office was mid and high 70s on warm days. Jeff Poltevecque came out from Mac Heating… He was thorough, knowledgeable, and effective. The office was cool and comfortable before he left. He also took the time to explain to us how to maintain annd use our AC so that it’s efficient and lasts longer.

  I’ve come to expect top-quality, personalized service from Mac. They never disappoint. The condenser on my A/C had failed. Tom came the same day, diagnosed the problem, fixed it, did some other cleaning that was needed, was friendly, professional, and quick. I’ll stick with this company.
