  I had several delays in getting estimates on replacing my cooling/ heating system. The installation team of Andy and Chris did a great job, even when obstacles got in there way they overcame them. Everyone at Mac heating & air was very friendly, and showed up when scheduled. Overall experience was good.

  Two separate HVAC units quit last week in the heat wave. Jeff fixed them. He did a excellent job. We are long term customers of MAC. So I can tell you Jeff has broad knowledge and long term experience with the technical and theoretical operations of the electrical and mechanical components of HVAC systems. This background and his skilled talents makes him an excellent choice for diagnosing and fixing problems with these systems. He collects data using up to date technology to guide his work. He sticks to the tasks until they are fixed or a solution is planned. And he openly communicated with me on the progress.

  John with MAC Heating and Air was great. I thought we would be without air all weekend and they came within a couple hours of calling. We were lucking that we did not require new equipment but we are cooling off. Fantastic.

  We have used Mac Heating and Air for Preventative Maintenance on an annual basis for years and years. Reliable, comprehensive, communicative. Theses guys give the equipment ( we have 2 units for our 2 story home) a thorough inspection, testing, cleaning, flushing the lines, and filter replacement. We actually signed up with a home warranty service company for awhile, but it was very apparent that they were only providing a quick check, if that! Office staff is pleasant, accommodating and easy to reach. Technician John Acker has come by regularly the last few years and does a great job! Our equipment has worked reliably well beyond the average lifespan thanks to their terrific maintenance!!
