  We recently had our hardwood floors replaced by Arbor Zen and we are beyond pleased. They worked long hours and they were as meticulous as possible. Going into our project, we had some flooring challenges that Grayson had to problem solve for us. He successfully found solutions. He visited each day of our project to check on our progress and answer questions. We feel they went above and beyond for us. They did an incredible job. They came highly recommended from many friends and neighbors. We are thrilled with the outcome. It was a pleasure to get to know Grayson Deal. He is a young professional who truly cares about his work and your happiness. We feel like we made a new friend in Grayson.

  Arbor Zen recently refinished a bamboo floor in my Black Mountain home and did a fantastic job. It was a pleasure dealing with Travis. The price was fair, the job was done exactly when he said it would be, and the floor looks amazing. I would highly recommend them.

  A huge thanks to Greyson and the team! I went with Arbor Zen primarily because they are a smaller, local, family run business. The service was friendly and professional. The price was competitive and product choice great. The demo of old and installation of new flooring plus baseboards was smooth, communication during was excellent and job was completed ahead of schedule. All good business boxes checked and I now have a beautiful new floor. My home feels brand new again! Can’t recommend this place enough!

They showed up right on time, worked with incredible focus and precision, and transformed those tired, scratched-up hardwood floors into smooth, flawless surfaces ready for a fresh finish. Every corner and edge got the attention it deserved—no swirl marks, no uneven spots, just consistently beautiful results from start to finish. The dust control was impressive too; the place stayed surprisingly clean considering the amount of work involved. Seriously, top-tier craftsmanship and professionalism—highly recommend them to anyone needing floor work done right.

  We bought a house with older, red oak hardwood floors and carpet. ArborZen came in and replaced the carpets with hardwood, refinished our old floors and made them seamlessly match. We now have beautiful, updated floors. Everyone was so incredibly helpful, available, professional and prompt from Grayson, the owner, Travis the scheduler and lead, to the team that did the work. Travis in the showroom helped me pick out just the right floors, was in constant contact with me about the progress of the job and was always available to answer all my questions. We couldn't be happier with our new, updated floors and the job ArborZen did! We will definitely use them again in the future!
