    I purchased a Series 2 2-burner blacksmith forge in late February. My order arrived as indicated in the email and on time with what the delivery timeline indicated. I received a same-day response to an email inquiry, which was detailed and factual. The set-up of the cart and forge was easy in my opinion and as close to ready to go out of the box as I could expect. Once assembled, the forge fired right up and ran without incident. I've seen posts where people report issues with the burner flow. I've only recently experienced an issue with the flame, but believe it is more related to a regulator freezing up issue that the forge itself. Overall, very satisfied with the forge and the operation of Diamondback Ironworks.

    I called Dennis and asked him if he could help me get a forge within a limited time frame because I had an event coming up within a weeks time. I had previously ordered a forge from a company in Ohio. They took my credit card but didn’t deliver on the product and when I tried to communicate with them, every method of communication was broken and not functioning. Not the intake of money though, it worked fine. So I contacted Dennis and explained my delima. He said he’d try to get one shipped out on Tuesday so I would get it by Thursday. He surpassed my expectations and shipped it out on Sunday, I should be able to get it by Tuesday now. Superb customer service.
