  Jeremy, Oscar and Paulino with Groundworks did a fantastic job encapsulating our crawlspace and repairing the foundation. The work was done in less than 3 days and when they left everything was cleaned up. Great job guys. My wife and I are more than pleased with your work!

  Erik came out to look at our Manufactured home. There was something we needed in writing for a refinance and went above and beyond to speak with the mortgage company to see if this was an inspection he could do. He treated my home and myself with the most professional respect and answered all my questions. He left with some options for me to talk with family. I would absolutely recommend this company (Mt Valley Groundworks)

  I had a pleasant experience dealing with the professionals. Greg provided every logical step of the process to lift my house without any damages and the specs and layout for each phase. The professional crew worked diligently until everything was successfully raised as much as allowed. The new insulation and 12 ml neatly replaced the old plastic and old insulation. Now, I am saving on energy costs! Just give them a call and you will not regret it!

  I just had some foundation work done at my house in Waxhaw, NC. My very first extremely positive experience was with their salesperson Brook. I got a few other quotes and Brook was very patient with me as I went thru this process. In the end, Brook stood out as the most committed and talented sales person and he offered a competitive price so I went with them. The project crew of Mung and Alex were also top notch. I saw them as very customer oriented as well as extremely talented and committed to what they do. This crawlspace work CAN'T be an easy way to make a living but these two guys kept a smile on their face for the entire project. Mung even allowed me to crawl with him in the crawlspace, once the work was done, so I could visually just see what was done. Very well done and I would highly recommend Groundworks in Charlotte!! You will NOT regret the decision!

  A year ago, I had our crawlspace encapsulated by Dry Pro, which is now Groundworks. I called the company to make an appointment for our first year service call and got an appointment fairly quickly. The technician who came was Paul Neely and he was very professional and courteous. The first thing we did was to sit down and have him explain the equipment that we have to make sure I understood it. He then went into what he would be doing to check out the equipment. He said I was welcome to come along with him to see what he was doing, which I did. Paul explained each piece of the equipment and showed me how he checked each part and cleaned it where needed. He answered any questions I had and actually welcomed them. The system is working and has reduced the humidity and prevented any reoccurrence of mold in our crawlspace. I plan to ask for Paul next year when I call for our second year service.
