They sprayed mold treatment which killed the mold, installed new insulation, and place 15 mil plastic for an encapsulation. They made sure to seal my crawl space. We recently moved into a house near Asheville and the inspection report found mold in the crawlspace on the floor boards. Zelica was by far the cheapest of the 4 quotes we received. They came out and did an excellent job removing the mold, digging drains for a sump pump, encapsulating, insulating (our heat pump definitely runs less often), and installing a dehumidifier. Dalia was very prompt with communications and answered all of my many questions. The team that did the work were friendly and knowledgeable. I don't expect any issues with the crawlspace from here on out, but if I did have another crawlspace, I would 100% use their services again.
