  White and williams just installed a new heat pump and air handler for me. I wanted to give them a big thumbs up everyone from Brandon to the installers Jeff,Chris, Jonathan and Jacob were excellent to work with and did an awesome job.I highly recommend this company.

  I would recommend White and Williams for their fantastic job installing my new AC system! While I did receive other quotes that were cheaper upfront, the superior service, expertise, and knowledge they provided were truly priceless. You simply cannot put a price tag on peace of mind and quality craftsmanship. A special congrats to Jacob on the stellar work your professionalism and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Jacob, notice details that the other companies did not such as my air return needed to be larger as it was insufficient for the new unit. Nobody else noticed that or even bothered to take measurements like he did. I also met Jake prior to Jacob who was another stand-up gentleman. He had worked on my old unit and always did an amazing job! My great interactions with White and Williams actually date all the way back to when I first moved into this house 3 years ago. I originally discovered the company through the previous owner, who had left behind service receipts attached to the air handler dating back to 1990. It’s rare to find a business that maintains such consistent, top-tier reliability over decades, but White and Williams continues to prove why they are the absolute best in the business. If you need HVAC work done, look no further!

  The “techs” were very friendly and informative about why the ac wouldn’t come on . They demonstrated some maintenance steps to take to prevent future problems.

  I contacted White & Williams to get a quote on a geothermal hvac system installation on a 7400sqft new construction. I was given the contact info for Ted Lundsford. I sent him a email with the plans and followed up multiple times asking if he received them but had no response. When I called in to speak with him directly he directed his secretary to tell me that if I was in a rush I would need to find somebody else. I then followed again up via email with still no response. As a business owner, contractor & developer i would cringe at the idea of a salesperson handing any customer or potential customer with this level of unprofessionalism. I will never contact W&W again and will not recommend them to my customers or clients. If you are looking for a company that will communicate at a professional level I would recommend BULLMAN HEATING & AIR.

  The team at White and Williams installed a new HVAC system in my home and truly exceeded my expectations from the sales process all the way through each step of installation. The full team, Ted, Chris, Curtis, Carson, Kennedy, Adam, and James were truly outstanding. Additionally, last summer when I needed a repair they came out immediately and got my system up and running after the company that I had a service contract with told me it would be over a week. I highly recommend White and Williams for both service and the installation of a new system.
