  The national HIGH average for installing an outdoor spigot is $325. Lowest was $125 We were charged $700. There was no pipe work involved. My mistake for paying it. When I called the manager to express an issue she never called me back. Apparently she was out to lunch. The work was fine but got 20 min worth of work …very unreasonable. We have used them before for everything and had gotten superior work. No call back is unprofessional after all the money we have spent there.

  Steve was professional, efficient and knowledgeable. He came out to Sapphire to diagnose the issues with our non-operating HVAC and had it back running before he left .

  I called Ward plumbing Heating and Air hoping that we were in their service area. We live in Haywood county but our mail delivery comes from Tennessee. Shannon worked diligently to get their system to work for us in terms of zip code. The day I called there was a cancelation and Ian volunteered at add us to his list. He had to navigate the two lane section of 1 40 to get to us which is often slow going. When he arrived he was able to diagnose our problem and correct it. He is a very professional and competent young man and was a pleasure to have working in our home. I appreciate that Ward's was willing to serve us even though we live a distance from Waynesville. I definitely will call them in the future for not only heating and air, but if needed plumbing as well! They are a 5 star company!
