He is the ONLY person who asked about the water faucet outside to wash both units. The one that could not be reached, he cleaned by hand. The mini-split had dust and some dirty areas on it (per his photos). He hand washed the filter and cleaned the unit. I was amazed how conscientious Jose is, and you should keep him if possible. He should be a trainer and show new employees great customer service. I will request him in the future.
