  I had hardwood flooring put in my bedrooms this week. The crew lead by Juan did a wonderful job. They were so nice, accomplished and professional. This is the second time I’ve used Leicester Flooring. I highly recommend any using them if you have plans to replace your current flooring.

  We had a great experience with this purchase. Noel advised us on the type of wood flooring best used on a concrete slab and we were happy with the price and prompt delivery of the flooring. After 5 months we were finally ready to have the flooring installed (the delay was due to our house not being ready) and had some excess beyond the estimated amount needed. We contacted Noel and within 24 hours he had resolved the issue. This company truly cares about their customers and how their business is run, a rare combination in the business world.

  As first-time out-of-state homebuyers moving to Asheville, taking a leap of faith on vendors while living across the country felt incredibly risky. From the very first phone call with Leicester Flooring, though, we immediately felt taken care of. What started as a quote request quickly turned into a warm welcome to Asheville. They were genuinely kind, helpful, and made us feel excited about planting roots here. We hired them to uninstall old flooring and install carpet in two bedrooms, and having access to the Shaw Pet Perfect line mattered a lot to us since we have a dog. Their pricing was fair and reasonable, but what stood out even more was their professionalism and follow-through. Because we were still living out of state during the installation, we had to put a tremendous amount of trust in them. They absolutely delivered. The carpet looks fantastic, communication was easy, and they followed through on exactly what they said they would do. Since buying our house, we’ve worked with a wide range of contractors and vendors for home improvements, and Leicester Flooring has genuinely been one of the best experiences we’ve had: on time, on budget, easy to work with, and (refreshingly) without delays. For anyone local or moving to the area, I would highly recommend Leicester Flooring. They helped make a stressful season of transition feel easier, and that means a lot.
