  From initial confirmation of my appointment until the technician left my house, I dealt with real people who seemed concerned with fixing my problem. Gary was efficient and friendly. When I asked questions, he put me at ease while making sure I knew what to do if this ever happened again.

  I have always been treated with respect and get a time to fix my problems very quickly. They arrive on time and do an excellent job. They are the best.

  The technician was very pleasant and professional and fixed the problem promptly. He explained what caused the problem and was great to deal with. Totally satisfied and very happy with the experience!

  Their truck just road through downtown Marshall at 1150 am aug 1st with a 25ish yr old guy yelling multiple curse words at a 80 yard old lady for stopping at the traffic light. Most disrespectful company with trashy employees I've ever seen. They won't respond to this complaint nomatter they they say.

  I don't usually leave negative reviews, but in this case I feel one is warranted. Context: We hired Bullman to install a new furnace and air conditioning unit at our home. The price was fair, timeline reasonable, and came from a reputable local company. Our home is pretty small, <1000 sq ft, the crawl space is genuinely very tight and not a fun place to spend time, and day 2 of the install was a very rainy day. Pros: We have central cooling in our house. Within hours, our home climate went from 78 degrees at 81% humidity to 70 degrees at 55% humidity. The guys who did the install were kind and communicated fairly well. Cons: Some small trash was left in our yard. The insulation around the pipes leading to/from the outdoor unit was applied carelessly and has rips and tears in it. The caps were left off of the refrigerant valves. But on to the root of our issues. We are not clean freaks by any means, but our house was left in an unacceptably dirty condition. Only one of the techs opted to use shoe covers, but intermittently. In all areas the technicians worked (wall thermostat, floor registers, air return) there was mud and dirt smeared on the walls and floor. Our doors and door frames were left dirty from normal ingress/egress. Our bathroom was especially bad. I don't mind strangers using our toilet, but they left our toilet seat, lid, and surrounding floor truly filthy. I get it, you've been crawling around under our house, sweating, bleeding, cursing. Thank you. Really though - clean up after yourselves. I tidied the yard, installed the caps (that were lying on the ground), and cleaned the house. Job done. Please remember that, while we and your other clients understand that y'alls job is tough, we are inviting you into our homes expecting that you'll be decently respectful while you're here. Bullman, a small reminder about general cleanliness might be in order.
