  Our AC went out at the worst time, on 4th of July weekend when temps were reaching 90. Bullman was able to get us an emergency call technician within 12 hours, on the morning of the 4th, and the technician was able to diagnose and repair the problem (a capacitor) quickly. He was thorough, knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient, and we are feeling cool again!

  When I booked your service, no one could tell me when you would be able to fix the air conditioners at our house. We had 3 year old twins who could not sleep in the hot house and I had to find another company to complete the service. I let you know by email that we wouldn’t need the service, but the service person on the way to my house yesterday did not know that we had already had the air conditioners fixed. Please let me know how best to communicate with you in the future so we don’t have another misunderstanding and I have communication about when you can respond to a service need.

  Wade Dayton called to let us know of his arrival time. He was prompt, courteous, receptive, and professional in every regard. He was a great help in setting up a new thermostat schedule. He carefully examined and replaced filters in both the attic and basement units. He explained what he had done. He was excellent and we look forward to seeing him again in the fall.

  Give Gary a raise. He came out on his Saturday and ran up and down our stairs I lost count of how many times. Tracked down the two separate issues that were causing our AC not to turn on, got us going good enough to make it through the weekend until they could order the part for the permanent fix. Was afraid we would be hearing it was time to replace the unit, but nope. Hopefully this’ll keep the unit running for many years to come.

  John Heath called when on his way here, which was earlier than my scheduled appointment (which was fine). He was very pleasant and checked out the system, changed the filter and even washed the outside unit. I have been with Bullman for many years and have always been very pleased with the men that have been here and the women that have answered the phone when I’ve called. I know Mr. Bullman retired a while back, but the team there has always been so kind and helpful. I have recommended Bullman to many people over the years and would still do so today. Thank you all for your service.
