- KMKarla MooreNov 8, 20191.0I used this newer company against the advice of my contractor, because it is in my neighborhood, women-owned, and they had a display of American flags outside their building. Those are not good reasons to choose a company to replace the most important part of a kitchen! This place does not deserve even one star. Workmen damaged 2 doorframes, broke out a wall tile, and refused to grout the improperly installed countertop, for starters. A workman demanded cash payment, and the owner threatened to break in and have "rocks" removed if I did not pay her. They destroyed my kitchen and refused to even try to fix the mess they made. I had to get a police officer involved to deliver a slightly less amount of cash, as I was too scared to go alone after their threats. Owner first said they didn't have any receipts but "found" them when I refused to make a cash payment without a receipt. I think the presence of a police officer helped the owner "remember" that she did, in fact, have receipts. All in all, this is by far the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a business.

Carolina Granite beat everyone out. They were very professional and on time both when they came out to make my template as well as the day of installation. I am extremely happy with my new countertops and I highly recommend them!
