- TBTodd BishopSep 26, 20261.0Recently purchased 700 sq.ft.of laminate wood floor from store 1191 Arden NC. Brianna store manager very nice and helpful, but as a company, absolutely horrible! Store computers down 2 times went to store, flooring took over 10 days to get to store from Tennessee? Trim and transition pieces came from 2 different warehouses, and I had to pay extra $55 for shipping just get them or was told it would take a month to get them! WTH??? Now I know why company filed bankruptcy couple of times..should have done more research and went to Lowe's or Home depot..pitiful..also factory marked defects in packs of flooring couple boxes damaged. Horrible company do not bother!

- MCMark ClaibourneMay 14, 20265.0Sam at the Arden branch goes above and beyond for her customers. When I was short on a difficult to source LVP, Sam drove to another city, hours away, to pick up my missing flooring so I wouldn't have to pay the shipping fee! As a contractor I will be using her services again. Thanks Sam
