  Alex from AstroWatt installed a level 2 EV charger in our garage and I couldn't have been more pleased. It was really easy to schedule a time for a visit, which featured a no-obligation quote. Not only was I able to schedule same day service, but Alex was actually able to arrive sooner than planned. Communication was great and once I was presented with installation options, the work began immediately. By the end of the work day, I had a new charger installed in my garage. Alex was professional, thorough, and I'm quite pleased with the end result. Highly recommend!

  Colby was respectful and efficient while identifying my issues. Though he was running late, notifications were provided and he was apologetic. He worked with my schedule so that my issues could be identified thoroughly. Significant work needs to be done which will happen tomorrow.

  AstroWatt did a superb job installing our electric car charger, and performed the job at a cost much less than the competition. This was a complicated job, given our house configuration, but AstroWatt developed an innovative approach. They were extremely courteous and all work was performed at a very professional level. We highly recommend them!

  For years, we have had recurring electric problems in two places in our house. Alex conducted a deep, invasive diagnosis to detect multiple problem points, and then he thoroughly communicated all the pricing options to address all the areas. From the beginning, AstroWatt was more interested in fixing the problem permanently than doing quick fixes and moving on. As a customer, I felt like I was priority number one. All of our electrical issues are finally, finally fixed! I would highly recommend Alex and AstroWatt to everyone!

  Had a fantastic experience with Colby from Astrowatt Electric! He called me ahead of time to ask for my Starbucks order, which elevated their level of customer service right from the get-go. Colby was here to check out what I suspected was a faulty breaker, and was able to diagnose and repair the issue I was having within an hour of arrival. I had previously hired Astrowatt to do repairs at my previous residence, and had a good experience before, which is why I decided to hire them again at my new house. I’m so grateful that they were able to send a technician out so quickly, and who arrived promptly and worked so efficiently, in addition to being very kind and sociable. Would highly recommend them (and Colby!) to anyone needing electrical repairs!
