  Alex was absolutely amazing! He went above and beyond with the work and made the whole experience stress-free. He was very friendly, professional, and took the time to educate us throughout the process instead of just rushing through the job. Super knowledgeable, and detail-oriented. We truly appreciated his patience and positive attitude. Highly recommend Alex if you’re looking for an electrician who genuinely cares about his clients and takes pride in his work!

  I cannot say enough great things about Alex and Eric! I drilled a hole straight through a power cord mounting my TV on a Sunday night (rookie mistake, I know). Setting up the appointment that night was so easy, they were on site first thing the next morning, offered to buy me coffee on the way, troubleshooted the problem and a couple of obstacles that popped up, AND EVEN HELPED ME REMOUNT MY TV! You’re crazy if you don’t work with this team! Go AstroWatt Electric!!

  had several different companies come out to quote me for a new EV charger for a hybrid and a whole-home surge protector, but AstroWatt Electric easily stood above the rest. The turnaround time was absolutely incredible. From the moment I approved the quote, they had a team at my house in about 45 minutes, and the entire installation was finished just two hours later! Fast, efficient, and great work. Not only was the installation top-notch, but they also took the time to make sure I understood exactly what was done. They walked me through the next steps to get my rebate from Duke Energy and reassured me that they are available if I ever have any questions. Fantastic job from start to finish. I highly recommend AstroWatt!

  Alex was fantastic. On time for both estimate and job completion appointments with great communication on arrival time. His workmanship was great, but his customer service interface was spectacular. Polite, clear, and thorough. Communication with the main office to schedule, review estimates, and gain advice was easy and helpful.

  We recently had an electrical issue in our home after our oven shorted out, causing smoke to come from the cabinets—definitely a stressful situation. Thankfully, Alex from AstroWatt Electric came out and took care of everything with incredible professionalism and expertise. He quickly assessed the problem, explained what went wrong in a way we could understand, and walked us through the necessary repairs. He spent most of the day rewiring and upgrading our breaker box, which we learned was not up to code. It was clear he takes pride in doing the job right and ensuring everything is safe. What really stood out was Alex’s demeanor. He was friendly, calm, and reassuring during a situation that had us pretty shaken. By the time he finished, not only was everything fixed, but we also felt completely at ease. He struck the perfect balance between being professional and personable—it honestly felt like we’d known him for years.
