Colby ensured everything was installed properly and completed a final walk through with me before my final signature and payment.   Great experience with the Astro crew! They solved our issues extremely quickly and did a great job explaining, being thorough and making sure everything was done safely and correctly. Colby & Eric were very kind, knowledgeable, efficient and made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. I’ve used independent Electricians before and have had issues in the past (the technicians today had to re-do a lot of the old work). I feel confident having this established crew do good, thorough work for us and will use them again in the future.

  I cannot recommend AstroWatt Electric highly enough. I've used them for all of my electrical needs over the years, and my most recent experience is the perfect example of why they continue to earn my business. AstroWatt came out to perform some electrical work at my home, and before getting started, they conducted a thorough inspection of my existing electrical system. Thankfully, they did. During that inspection, Colby discovered a serious fire hazard that had been left behind by an electrician who was subcontracted during a crawl space encapsulation project about nine months ago. The issues they uncovered were alarming: a loose neutral wire and breakers that were not compatible with the panel they had been installed in. The wiring had become so hot that portions of it were blackened and charred. Had Colby not taken the time to carefully examine everything, this could have easily led to a much more dangerous situation. What impressed me even more was AstroWatt's professionalism and integrity after finding the problem. Knowing I would likely need documentation to pursue compensation from the crawl space company responsible for the faulty work, they went above and beyond to help me. Colby did the following: • Recorded a detailed video of the panel before touching anything, explaining exactly what they found, why it was dangerous, and showing the charred wiring. • Saved the damaged wires they removed so I could use them as evidence. • Provided a photo of the same sub panel from some work they did two years earlier that clearly showed the "before" condition. At that point, I didn't feel comfortable waiting another week for the crawl space company to respond, so I had AstroWatt perform the repairs immediately. The peace of mind was worth every penny. Colby deserves special recognition. He is knowledgeable, meticulous, professional, and genuinely cares about doing things the right way. It's clear he takes pride in his work and puts customer safety first. His attention to detail likely prevented a potentially catastrophic electrical fire in my home. If you're looking for an electrician you can trust, AstroWatt Electric is the company to call. They don't just complete the job they're hired to do; they look out for their customers and stand behind their work. That level of service is rare these days, and it's why they'll continue to be my first call for any electrical work.

  Inquiry and booking handle efficiently and courteously, as if as a client I mattered. Christian the senior technician sent, had a great customer service attitude, a natural courteous manner and did a very professional job. He checked everything first, took time to walk me through what and how, carried out the task of replacing three ceiling lights with ceiling fan lights; carried our cleaning each work area before doing the next; then sat down and review payment after walking me through each fan and control processes.
