Very methodical in their discovery and exceptional in locating and addressing the problem, Both Tim and Jorden, you guys are amazing. They don't need my recommendation their work speaks for them, honest, caring, willing to go the extra miles to make sure work is done right. My work was covered under home insurance with choice home warranty. I hade a leak in the ceiling, water was dripping from the ceiling , they located the pipe which was causing the issue, they had to rip open the loft flooring and some dry wall to locate the leaky pipe. Thank you guys...5 Stars

A water pipe burst in crawl space of our home, causing water damage. Flowmaxx Plumbing was contacted, Mr. Cash Shannon came as the repair technician and immediately repaired broken pipe. Mr. Shannon explained not only the problem but gave details of damaged that happened, requiring restoration. I was completely satisfied with Mr. Shannon's work and his respectful attitude. Flowmaxx plumbing will get the job done!

Shannon was *amazing*. He was polite, professional, but down to earth. He listened to me, asked great questions, and investigated the issue quiet extensively. I was impressed with his knowledge of sediment and how different elements and chemicals work together with piping and water. As a teacher, I found this to be excellent comfort in believing in his skills and abilities. He went above and beyond. Thank you, Shannon!

The service done by the plumbers is always good. They are always kind and informative. In the case of scheduling appointments, for the people in the office. I don't think it's right to have the plumbers call with a change of time. It should be the scheduler. If I am given a 2-4pm window I expect them to come around that time. Today they plumber called me to tell me my service time bumped to 11am and that if I wasn't available I'd have to reschedule. Mind you I had been already waiting 2 weeks for service. I agreed but my complaint is not of the plumbers doing the job but of the company and their scheduling procedure. I should have been called by the scheduler not the plumber because that's who should hear the complaint not the men doing the job.
