  I cannot recommend this HVAC company enough. After another company told me my unit was “broken” and quoted me an outrageous repair price, I decided to get a second opinion. Thankfully, this company was honest, professional, and actually took the time to assess the situation properly. It turned out nothing even needed to be repaired — they simply restarted the unit and everything worked perfectly. This company restored my trust. They were knowledgeable, fair, and clearly value honesty over making a quick sale. I’m extremely grateful for their integrity and will absolutely use them again in the future.

  I'd like to leave a note about the wonderful service I found at Deese Electric from Albemarle, NC. After my AC went down 3 days ago, I called Will Deese to inquire when I could get a replacement. Today (Monday), his crew drove 95 miles to Granite Falls, NC (beside Hickory) and was at my home working at 8:00am. The installers; James (I think 35 years experience) and Ty (proud that he has his college degree in heating and refrigeration), along with another helper (sorry, didn't get his name) but a hard worker all the same, did an amazing job! They installed a new AC unit and gas furnace in a second story roofing space and was packed up and departing at about 3:00pm. These guys were kind, respectful, very neat (I'm picky about my house) and did an amazing job! I'm so very pleased with the Amana unit and the outstanding service! For those reading this note, you don't know me, but I think you'll be making a mistake going anywhere else for HVAC units and service.
