  AC stopped cooling on Friday night so I called Web on Saturday morning knowing it would be the weekend schedule. Matt called me within 15 minutes of my call to tell me I was 2nd on the list. Matt showed up around 10:30 and diagnosed the compositor was bad. He replaced it and made sure all was working properly and was done by 11:15. Great work and customer service from Matt!

  Webb came through again, had Kadin at my door by 8:30 am after I left a (nonurgent) message at 9 pm the night before! He explained what had gone wrong with my air conditioning unit in a way I could understand, and patiently went through all my options and the pros and cons of each. He was professional and sympathetic to my situation, really appreciated his respectful and competent attitude. So grateful to have you guys to call on!

  Tony B. showed up on time , he was not in a rush he spent well over an hour doing our summer maintenance on the AC unit. This is a 10 year-old unit. Everything has really been fine our unit, he did show us two issues that we’re not Working at peak performance, This is Not uncommon for a 10-year-old unit. We do know the two issues would require a repair in the future, He gave us option of repairing it now While he was here and avoiding another service call charge or thinking about it. I looked up The two issues he showed me and realized it was probably best to go ahead and make the repair now He did not press us one way or the other He showed us everything he did and explained why we should repair it we had a great experience with Webb Heating And Air servicing our unit and Tony B was great

  My experience with Webb Heating AC Electrical has been great from the first meeting thru the installation which included 2 HVAC units. Having been a former building contractor I have an appreciation for how professional and reliable Webb has been. Jeff was great on the front end and Josh Leath and his installation team were great completing both units in one day. Everyone on the installation team were both professional and personable. Everything has been seamless and it’s nice to do business with a company that does exactly what they say and when they say they will do it.

  I can’t say enough great things about the service I received! Robby truly went above and beyond to make sure my air conditioning unit was working perfectly before he left. He took the time to thoroughly inspect everything, explain what he was doing, answer all of my questions, and ensure I was completely satisfied with the results. What impressed me most was that I never felt rushed or pressured. Instead, he focused on making sure I understood how my system was performing and what I could do to keep it running efficiently. His professionalism, knowledge, honesty, and genuine commitment to excellent customer service made all the difference.
