- JLJennifer LewisApr 29, 20264.0Main interior door is fantastic, install was great, installers were friendly and professional, those I spoke to on the phone were friendly and helpful. Design of the storm door needs to be looked at by the engineering team who handles the design. There has to be a way to rework it so there is not a gap on either side of the bottom where the only thing that can be done is to lower the rubber flap so that it eventually rubs and breaks after time. When spending this much on a storm door, we expect more. Go back to the table engineers and fix this please. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

I contacted Window World and was surprised to find out that the cost of replacing the shutters was less than repair and paint. The sales representative came out and measured the shutters and gave me the quote same day. The order process was easy and the team that came out to install the new shutters was very pleasant and professional. The installation when great and they removed the old shutters and cleaned up everything. I was pleased with this purchase and will be using the company should I need other services.

It is also advisable to remove all wall decorations from the walls close to the windows as they may fall during removal or installation.
