  Excellent communication and friendly professional technicians. Unfortunately they couldn’t repair my mini split for a reasonable price but that’s the fault of the manufacturer for subscribing to the planned obsolescence that this capitalistic hellscape of a society loves to subject us to so much. The HVAC team that came were courteous and methodical, would use them again👍🏼

  We were planning on going camping on Thursday, I went to the basement to get my bags and noticed the water heater was leaking out of the bottom. I called several plumbers and the only one that could fix us up was Hellgate Plumbing. Austin was at our house within an hour. He was very friendly and professional. We needed a pressure reducing valve, a new expansion tank and a new water heater. He completed the job quickly and we even got to go camping the same day! Thanks Hellgate Plumbing!

  We NOW only use Hellgate Plumbing! They are so professional, honest, and accommodating. We got an all in one boiler/water heater installed as well as a leaky shower pipe fixed. Abe was our service tech through all of it. Both my husband and I were working out of town and felt 1000% comfortable having him work his magic with us gone. He would call us regularly with updates and if he needed any additional info. Hellgate works with you to resolve your plumbing issue as quickly as possible and fits you into their schedule. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

  Incredible service! Old hot water heater finally had enough. Called for a response at their earliest availability. Tech arrived by noon. Estimate by 12:30. New heater installed by 4:00 same day. Excellent work. Thank you!
