  Sinjun was professional and went above and beyond in servicing our air conditioner. He explained everything very well and answered all of my questions thoroughly and was very genuine. I would recommend him and your company whole heartedly.

  Went downstairs to find a small puddle of water under my 30 year old water heater (good run on that one). Called the folks who recently installed my water tank, and they recommended Hellgate. GROK lists them as having the highest ratings as well. I called and spoke to Lisa - who patiently and kindly put up with my back and forth calls. The initial dispatch fee sort of freaked me out, but calling other companies, Hellgate's was extremely reasonable for the Potomac area. I also got a couple over the phone estimates to get a ballpark. Austin showed up that same afternoon, checked out my tank. He showed me 3 different options/pricing and explained each one thoroughly. Pricing was not much higher than the phone/unseen estimates, and I'd gladly pay for a solid quote, the reputation, reliability and the prompt service I received at Hellgate. He'd brought all he needed to install a new one that afternoon, and I was set to go. Austin was so friendly and patient with my questions and took the time to explain it all. Will definitely return to Hellgate for my plumbing heating needs in the future.

  Just spent yesterday with Caidan from Hellgate Plumbing and Heating and his electrician sub-contractor, Brody from Hometown Electric. They were polite, friendly and PROFESSIONAL. When they were done they cleaned up after themselves - it was like they were never there. At about 5:30, Caidan realized there was one little wire that was needed for the thernostate to run the new ac. He asked if I wanted him to stay and take another hour to install it or if I wanted him to come back today. I opted for him staying. I spent 30 years in the guest service industry with Holiday Inns and I know customer service when I see it or experience it. Caidan knows and practices Customer Service. Thanks so much Caidan for staying. I can't stress strongly enough that Hellgate Plumbing and Heating, from the people who answer the phones, the sales people (a nod to Andrew) and the installers are just wonderful to work with. They are the perfect example of Customer Service. My thanks to all of you. I am now ready for a "sweat" free summer and will be worry free about my breaker box. The new one is a beautiful sight to see. Brody does amazing work. I would recommend Hellgate Plumbing and Heating and Hometown Electric highly. Just a great experience for a reasonably priced installation.

  The team showed up on time and worked steadily for two days and got the job done. They cleaned up after themselves. They were all polite and kept us up to date on what was happening. Overall a good experience. I would definitely recommend you to anyone.
