  I was pleased how soon I could get an appointment and that I could book online. I also appreciated getting a text when the technician was on the way. The technician was friendly and efficient.

  This company has great communication from the time they confirm your appointment to follow up. The tech they send out dresses and acts professional as is required for what the customer has to pay for plumbing services these days. Work was completed in an appropriate amount of time. The work space was cleaner than the tech found it and everything thing operates correctly.

  The tech (Sinjun) was conscientious and knowledgeable. He worked efficiently to troubleshoot my AC, find two refrigerant leaks and repair and recharge the system. He was also very communicative and helped fine tune a fan setting. Highly recommend .

  From the very first interaction with Hellgate Plumbing, Heating and cooling I was extremely impressed with the amazing customer service. I had a technician at my house within 2 hours to fix my water heater issues. Abram was the nicest most informative person. I really appreciate he gave us all of our options. I would use this company again and again if need be. I plan to tell everyone about this incredible experience! In a world where customer service is lacking, it was wonderful to be taken care of so well! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

  My elderly Mom’s furnace system failed during this hot spell, meaning the fan was not functional and she was suddenly without air conditioning to her home. Thank goodness my brother was visiting and reached out to Hellgate Plumbing, Heating and Cooling who promptly came to the house, diagnosed the situation and provided a proposal for replacement of the 20+ year old furnace last week! Andrew was our point of contact at Hellgate, and he was honest, responsive to questions and was even able to have the new furnace installed and commissioned 3 days earlier than originally scheduled. They have excellent communication regarding status, when to expect their technicians and final wrap up of the project. My Mom and our family are grateful to Andrew and Hellgate Plumbing, Heating and Cooling team!
