  Jack in sales provides the absolute best customer service out of anyone I've worked with in Missoula for building materials and supplies! He always calls back promptly and follows through with what he says and never over promises. If he doesn't have an answer immediately, he'll track it down and provide you research and an honest best option for your project. This dude has high integrity! I worked with him at his last supplier but will bring all my business to Builders FirstSource now to follow him. Keep up the good work fellas! Thanks!

  Best crane guys no doubt. But a lot of things wrong with other aspects. I could easily go into descriptive detail but won't. As a competent, proffesional and humble carpenter of 15 years.. I would highly recommend Boyce over BMC. Also there is one guy with long hair at their location who is extremely rude and clearly lacks people skills. I will never EVER spend any more money with this company... ever. Missoula needs better.

  These guys are great! I'm a first time homeowner doing a lot of repair and remodel work and these guys have really made things easy for me. They are personable and work hard to make sure the customer is well taken care of. We even had a misunderstanding about a door I ordered, and instead of having to order and pay for another custom door, they took the old one back on a chance that they might not be able to resell to give remake the door I wanted but mistakenly didn't order. I recommend them 100%!

  We built a deck at our past home using BMC and were extremely pleased with their customer service and attention to detail. And later we used them for many aspects of our home build, millwork doors, windows, to name a few things and these guys are just Pros! They care about you and your project and I highly recommend them for your building needs.

  Very unprofessional. I ordered a door and waited three weeks. When the day came when I needed the door, no one was to be found. I called five times during the three weeks to make sure the door was on its way and every time I was told I would be called back with an update. I was never once called back. At one point they even said they could not find my order. My deadline came and no door. I called three times before someone answered, and when they did I was told he would call me back. When I didn't receive a call, I called them three more times and left two messages. I will never do business with this company again.
