- DRDavid RobertsJun 26, 20261.0I have attempted to give my business to shepards glass multiple times over the past several years, most recently early this last spring. I have several house windows that have fogged up and need the glass replaced. Each time I have called they tell me they can’t make an appointment at that time and that they will call me back just to make the appointment. Crickets. I call them back and they tell me they have no record that I’ve ever called, but if I want to get in their que I can leave my name and number……again. Again, this has happened multiple times over the past few years. I now use Big Sky Glass. They do a nice job and they actually return my phone calls.
