- DRDenis RobisonSep 4, 20265.0I recently purchased a Used low hour 2006 Cat 242b skidsteer from RDO in Kalispell Montana. Was told it was in great shape and ready to go. When I showed up from out of state everything was as described, picked it up, drove 4 hours home, next day walked out to a puddle of oil under the machine. Contacted the Salesman James, shortly had a call from Manager Sean who told me to take it to the cat dealer and get it fixed, they took care of the bill. Very good customer service, these guys deserve all 5 stars plus some. Would not hesitate to do business with in the future.
- JWJeffrey WaldnerAug 28, 20261.0This place sucks beyond sucking. You can never get anyone on the phone in neither sales nor parts. June of 2026 I had every intention of buying a round baler from them, it was impossible to get anyone on the phone. After a day of trying, I finally called RDO in Dillion and purchased a round baler. Every part I get, I have to get out of Dillion because it’s impossible to get anybody on the phone at this facility unless walk in person. It’s the middle of Hay season and they don’t even carry any net wrap.

- JHJim HopkinsApr 11, 20225.0I recently purchased some parts for my snow plow (to make it a hydraulic angle blade), and it will make a big difference in the operation of the plow and the many times that I won't have to get out of the nice warm cab to change the angle of the blade. The parts people were very good about making sure that we had all the things that were needed to complete the project.
