We called several local services and most said that they couldn’t get to us for over a month. A-1 was able to schedule us ten days later so we booked them. Adam arrived today and he discovered that the cover I had found was for the liquid tank, not the solids tank. I thought that I knew where the cover to the solids tank was and he waited the ten minutes it took me to remove the dirt from it. It ended up that the tank was not completely full as we expected, but there was a clog in the pipe between the house and the tank. Adam found a stick and cleared the clog!! If everyone at A-1 is as conscientious and service oriented as Adam is you can be assured of a great experience with them.
