  We recently moved to Helena and wanted to make sure our HVAC was in good shape. Storm was our technician. We have a crawl space with the HVAC under the house. This is new to us so he explained everything on where everything was and how to maintain our system well. He was very professional and helpful.

  I got a heat pump installed and it was the best price of 3 quotes I got and the installation date ended up being 2 weeks earlier than was expected which was a great surprise. Install took two days and they were thorough and explained everything and answered any questions I had. Only complaint was in the initial billing, there was an added fee included in the fine print for choosing to finance that could have been more clearly stated instead of added on after the payment was made.

  I called to get an estimate to install a split AC unit and after further discussion I was informed an estimate would be included for both a split AC unit and also for a new install for central air. I know I will be getting one or the other I just don’t’t know which one. Peder who came to look at my house was very courteous and professional and was in and out in no time and he was here within 30 minutes from the time I initially made my call I am very pleased with the service to date. And I first called Kent who has done work for mom in the past and he provided the office phone # and said Kari? (The gal who works in the office would take care of my needs. And she did, she called Peder then called me bank informed me that he was in Cutbank and would be stopping by my mother’s house next. Next thing I know he was here. Great service and customer awareness.
