  5 Stars If I could give Sawtooth Mechanical more stars, I would. After 2.5 weeks without hot water (thanks for nothing, American Home Shield), these legends (Colton) stepped up. AHS was about as useful as a screen door on a submarine. They ghosted us harder than a bad Tinder date. Sawtooth, on the other hand? Showed up, followed up, and actually gave a damn. Despite AHS making things impossible, Sawtooth stayed professional, helpful, and kind. Their team was punctual, friendly, and got the job done RIGHT — we finally have hot water again (out of pocket, of course, because AHS = Nope). Bottom line: Sawtooth is who you want. AHS is who you call when you want to lose faith in humanity. If you want to feel worthless, call them. Highly recommend Sawtooth for any HVAC or plumbing work. They’re the real deal. Thanks again!!!

  This company overcharges for the work they do. Tom came to the house saw what was not done correctly. He said he would be back to correct the issues and has not come back or even tried to call to set up a time to fix things. I have called 3 times Wyatt says he will have Tom call and that never happens. Now when I have tried to call it goes direct answering machine and disconnects. I think they are taking advantage if elderly people. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

  Bought a $440 part I didn’t need, asked him to return it so I could get a refund. He said there was no way to return the part. Had to call Gills to come fix my furnace, it only took Gills 15 minutes and no parts needed. I’m out $440, so sad.

  We have used Tom for years. He is a hard worker and does a good job. Even with our place being two hours away, he is willing and able. We trust him in his recommendations as well. We highly recommend Tom.
