  I would HIGHLY recommend Sawtooth mechanical for a wide array of construction needs. My personal experience with Tom comes with great compliment. Each time where their services were retained offered extremely professional approach to my needs with great prices, and quality attention to detail, as well as vast knowledge and experience in so many areas of construction.

  Bought a $440 part I didn’t need, asked him to return it so I could get a refund. He said there was no way to return the part. Had to call Gills to come fix my furnace, it only took Gills 15 minutes and no parts needed. I’m out $440, so sad.

  I HIRED THIS COMPANY TO CONVERT MY APPLIANCES FROM PROPANE TO GAS. HE TOOK FOREVER TO GET THE JOB DONE, CHARGED ME AN OUTRAGEOUS AMOUNT OF MONEY. ONCE COMPLETE I PULLED THE OWNERS MANUAL AND FOUND HE CHARGED ME FOR PARTS NOT NEEDED, NEW BURNERS ETC WHEN ALL THAT WAS NEEDED WAS FOR A VALVE TO BE TURNED OVER. THE PIPES ARE NOW TOO SHORT ON MY WATER HEATER AND I CANNOT CLOSE THE BURNER AREA SO THERE IS NOW A FIRE HAZARD. I WOULD GIVE HIM A -5 SCORE IF THAT WAS POSSIBLE.
