  My compliments to YellowBall Roofing & Solar and the exceptional work they did replacing my roof and upgrading my solar system. From the initial conversation with Connor regarding my needs, he listened, offered suggestions, was flexible and followed through. The roofing process was led by Carson who made me feel at ease with his knowledge, outlining the process, ensuring color matches - he visited the site twice to ensure everything was ready. On the day of the roof replacement he stayed with his crew, who were phenomenal, until the job was done and clean up completed. The solar portion of the job was led by Benjamin who removed the existing system and replaced it with the updated system. He is one smart person who took the time to explain the upgrades in detail and the benefits - certainly made me feel at ease about the investment I was making. Appreciated Benjamin taking the time as did the rest of the team to keep me in the loop and being true professionals. Finally, Taylor was behind the scenes making sure schedules were kept and communicated. The YellowBall Team is the team you want for roof and solar work - highly recommend them - the best!!!!

  Everyone involved in the process of getting our new solar system installed was very professional. The installation was faster than expected. They didn't leave a mess behind. The only slight hiccup was that somehow our daughter's email address got added to the monitoring app. She is an adult.She doesn't even live here! Not sure how that could've happened, but they worked with us to get it fixed. They arranged all the permits and worked with Northwestern Energy, making the whole process pretty seamless. It feels great to be contributing to the grid. I'm looking forward to saving on our monthly energy bills.

  Had our solar system installed by Yellowball last September. It's producing as promised (and more due to sunny summer), so won't be paying any electric bills this winter. George coordinated all the contract and installation and did a great job. Low pressure, unlike another company I won't mention. Discussed one concern with the president of the company and he was easy to talk to and the issue was very well resolved in my favor. Pre-installation and installation went as scheduled. I recommended Yellowball to a neighbor and to a family member. Both got systems and are happy with them. Recently talked with Taylor about getting critter guards installed (mourning dove nesting issues) and she were very courteous and helpful. Taydem came and did a full roof inspection in advance of critter guard install (for free). Said roof was in great shape, and gave good advice on what to look for in the future. We plan to get critter guards installed shortly. One reason to go with Yellowball is that they are a roofing and solar company. Since the solar panels are an intricate part of the roof, best to have experts in both fields do your work. I highly recommend Yellowball.

The entire YellowBall Roofing & Solar team made the process easy and seamless. Scheduling was simple, communication was great, and the crew that worked on my roof was impressively efficient while still delivering high-quality work. I really appreciated how smoothly everything came together and how well I was taken care of throughout the process.
