  Would not recommend for newish repairs -only new installs. Got a quote for $8000 new AC unit- called another company who fixed within for $300- they just changed the filter, cleaned an updated some wiring. My current Ac unit was 8 yrs old. They seemed to be tied to only specific brands and are commissioned for new installs. Probably CAN fix things but it’s better for them to just upsell the new stuff- also might break their warranty restrictions so they legally can’t fix certain brands. It’s definitely a smart business move. I also think it would be more cost effective to hire companies from outside Bozeman, take them out to a steak dinner and pay for room and board than hire a Bozeman company. So premier is right in line with its local competition as we did call other companies with similar pricing. Since we did not use premiers to $8000 new install offer we are out the $500 diagnostic fee + site visit. Other than that this is a highly qualified and professional company- just high pricing. If price is not an issue for sure go with premier. I’m just a penny pincher.

  We called Premier Systems after a neighbor highly recommended them. They came out to Ennis four times to diagnose and to repair our Navien tankless water heater that was throwing fits, running hot and cold and howling like there was a sick moose in our closet where the water heater is. We wanted it fixed or replaced. It took four tries and parts that were shipped from Navien to get it to work properly. Today, for the first time in more than a year, the water heater worked without howling. We shall see if the hot and cold shower works properly and how long it lasts. This was a tough repair job that took an inordinate amount of time mostly due to Navien's policies and procedures so Premier Systems is not at fault for that. The last part came in and they beat it right out here, installed the new part, and the water heater appears to work perfectly. I could not recommend Premier Systems more highly. They are worth the money.

  It was nice to get a reminder that our AC unit at our business needs a tuneup before summer. The service man showed up when he was scheduled and was very polite.

  I needed someone to perform a dryer vent and air duct cleaning. I’m so happy I chose Premier Systems. It was so easy to set up an account with them over the phone. Their techs were kind, knowledgable, and really cared about the job they were performing. Invoicing was just as easy to take care of. Thank you! Can’t wait to use this team again

  My husband reached out to a few HVAC companies, and at first we were excited about Premier, but we ended up severely disappointed. Getting answers from them is like pulling teeth, and their communication is horrible. It seems like every time we called we had to talk to a new person because the last person quit.
