  My experience with Premier was excellent from start to finish. Annaliese got me scheduled and set me up as a first time customer. Aubri and Jackson were my technicians and quickly diagnosed a problem with my condensate pump. They had it replaced within an hour including cleaning up the water that had spilled on my vapor barrier. Excellent service from start to finish, highly recommend Premier!

  Tyler was early. My appointment was at 10:00 and he came at 9:00. I was okay with that. Just had to beat it home from Lowe’s. Tyler was very fast at completing the tasks.

  Excellent service call. Installed new thermostat and checked system for any problems
