  Hi! If some of you are wondering if Yellowball Roofing and Solar is a Real Company or IF they do Good , Decent or Shabby work, YOU Better read this! IF You find a company that has to put you on a Waiting List, It means they have a lot of work they have to do already Before they can get to Yours! Now, If you want to try and find another company that will do it right away and can come out the next Day, you Might want to check and see some of their other jobs first!? I have a big garage that is not attached to my home and I was worried about doing it myself at 79 years old so I started looking for a Roofing Company. The folks at Yellowball Roofing and Solar came out right away and gave me an Estimate that I could afford and when they came out I was blown away. Their Crew had the whole roof stripped to the wood in 1 DAY, sheeted with this new type underlayment , trimmed out with the edging tins and Ice shield and then they came again the Next Morning and finished the job! Now, If any of you reading this in or around the Missoula, Montana area want to come out and Look at the Job that Yellowball did for me all you have to do is ask Kelsey , their foreman for the Missoula area and he will give you my particulars! Your welcome most any time!! Oh, I for to mention That Yellowball Roofing and Solar has offices in Missoula, Billings, Great Falls and a few more that I can't remember! OK, If you read all that LONG Speel about Roofing Give them a Call if you want a Good Roof on your Home. enough said.   - [ ] I do not recommend this company. I gave them $8800.00 in June, being told the system would be in place by the first of August. I had not heard from them by August 6, so I called. I got an apology and was told I would get bumped to the top to get this done, and that it would be completed by the end of August. I had not heard anything by the 27th so I called and left a voicemail, with no response. I called and left another voicemail on the 28, again with no response. I called back on the 31st and left another voicemail indicating I was done. I was calling tomorrow to get my money - [ ] back. This time I got a text telling me to be patient. I called the next day to get my money back only to be told they were keeping $1500.00. Being a senior citizen on a fixed income I decided to go ahead with them. I told them I was leaving town and it needed to be done by the 17th of September. She indicated the last permit had been submitted and they would do their best. I was notified that the permit was complete on the 15th but they couldn’t do it until the 19th. She did say if they could do it earlier they would notify me. On the 18th I heard noise and went out to see what it was and they were on the roof installing it. They said they knocked on the door, but I have a camera and a dog, my neighbor was outside and watched them also their camera showed they were no where near my porch, that did not happen. This was the last straw. I called and cancelled the order, lost the $1500.00. I decided if there were this many problems before they got all their money this was not worth it. The workers arrived shortly before 7:30 am, the notification that they were coming was sent in an email at 7:12. If you use this company I wish you luck.

  (Missoula….)Kelsey from Yellow Ball came to look at my roof, climbed up, looked around, came down and told me my roof was in good shape ( not what I expected at all because I thought it probably needed repairs)and “doesn’t need anything at this time.”He was a pleasant, honest young man and I would recommend Yellow Ball. Even though I felt I wasted company time, he disagreed with me. When I DO eventually need repairs I will call them because of this incident.ML Lewis

  Taylor & Britney were fantastic to work with! I really appreciated the updates and notifications from Yellowball. Yellowball communicated clearly on project coordination. Everyone who visited our house to install our panels were professional and prompt.

  All of the staff at YellowBall have been so helpful. They have kept us updated through each step. Logan started us out and explained how solar works in an easy to understand way. Taylor Gibson has been a terrific help and is very nice. Devon was wonderful with scheduling. Jose Ramirez and his assistant did a bang up job installing the panels. I like the way Jose kept me updated as to when they would arrive. They were fast and efficient. Wes Calafata worked absolute magic on our old electrical box and got everything to work properly. Thank you all!!
