  First of all my rating and review is based on the quality of the product and the service. We replaced all of our windows in our upstairs including living room, all bedrooms, kitchen, and bathroom. We got the bay window for our living room and very much enjoy it. The window quality thus far seems great. The problem is with the two doors we had replaced. One in our living room which the door itself is nice but the lock is very annoying. It locks by putting your hand over the outside sensor. Seems like a great and easy concept except but when we go out the door our arms tend to trigger it causing the deadbolt to come out hitting the trim which has been damaged over time by the deadbolt. The much bigger issue is with our sliding glass door in the kitchen. When we were first talking to the salesman he noticed our old door was by Anderson because it had a stamp indicating it. Our old door was installed decades ago in the 80’s and only started to deteriorate in the last 10 years. The new door is already start to deteriorate as it appears to be made of wood. It is scratched and chipped in multiple places. The lock once again with this door is a terribly design. I struggle with it constantly. The installers were rude and careless putting in our windows and dented the trim around the kitchen window. They took our old door off and instead of asking us if we’d like to keep it just hauled it onto their truck. When I mentioned to them we’d like to keep it they were rude with their reply. They did get the door off the truck but damaged the cover off of our $200 lock which was only a couple of years old. If not for the windows, which I will say, so far have been very nice my experience with this company would have been one star not two. I'm not. one to leave negative feedback but this really warranted it. I’ll have to replace the sliding glass door with a few years and live with the annoying lock on my front door. I would not have purchased windows from them had I known this in advance and would advise others to think twice about dealing with this company.

  Austin and his team wear shirts that say, "Striving for a 10.", in our view, the professionalism, attention to detail, and curtesy/respect to us and their work far exceeds a "10" (or a 5 on Google).

  My parents ( in Helena) had RBA replace windows in their home and were so very happy with the product and service. They can be hard to please seniors, so I know if they were impressed, RBA is very good!!!! Also, as a result, they asked me to do reviews for them .... 86 yr olds with no social media presence : )

  I had 4 windows replaced with Renewal by Andersons. Installation was amazing: installers answered my questions, told me what they were doing, helped me take down blinds, used plastic to contain dust around installation areas, and vacuumed once the new windows were in place. Renewal provided information about their finance company & got the payments affordable, plus you can add extra money in addition to your usual payment to pay the loan off sooner. All around, I have been extremely satisfied with Renewal by Anderson!

  Everything was nicely done, from the initial evaluation to the installation. Our sales person recommended an awning window over our kitchen sink, and that was the perfect idea. Our other window was the sliding type, and I like how smoothly they operate.
